I needed an emergency plaque as I had an issue with one that had been done at another place. I called someone else before I found Crown trophy and the person emailing me wanted to charge me a 50% rush fee. Did let even want to let me see my options. They wanted to pick everything for me and charge me an extra 50%!!!! Then I found Crown Trophy! Very helpful , kind, respectful. Offered to help me. Didn’t ask for a rush fee. Gave me options, had it done within an hour. I’m super grateful for Crown trophy ? and will make them my new place to go for all my trophy needs. Will also recommend them to my job and school which tend to order many trophies. Customer service to me is always super important and they know how to deliver a great customer experience! Thank you Crown trophies!

Have purchased two proffesional award plaques from them. They help you with the formating, make sure it is correct, give advice to save you money, and get it done on time. The plaque was solid wood, does not look cheap, and the engraving was clear and impressive. They deserve a trophy...pun intended.

I worked with Mike at Crown Trophy and he was amazing! We had to re do a plaque that was sent to us very poorly finished and a few other awards. He made the process stress free. We are so grateful for their wonderful customer service and support. Crown Trophy made our dance studio awards ceremony unforgettable!

I have used crown trophy in river edge for several years...Michael is always very helpful at suggesting what trophies and medals to get for the various levels in our soccer program. the engraving is always correct. we also get our sponsor plaques here. turn around time is very quick. great place...great employees..

I had to order some trophies and medals for a Winter League I was running and obviously put it off to the very last minute. I called right around closing time Monday night and they assured me if they had the items in stock they could have them engraved by Wednesday. I called Tuesday around Noon after figuring out exactly what I needed and placed the order for 4 trophies and 15 medals (all with engraving). The person on the phone ensured me that they'd be ready on Wednesday by 4pm. I walk in Wednesday after 4 and they're all there waiting for me. The price was right, and the job was done very well. I brought them over to the league and everyone loved them, unfortunately we could only give them out to the champions and MVPs!
