Jennifer at Extra Space Storage was absolutely amazing! She provided outstanding customer service and made sure I was fitted with exactly what I was looking for and needed. She made me feel right at home, walked me through everything step-by-step, and even went above and beyond to personally demonstrate how to get in and out of the facility. She was very informative, upfront, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and has a beautiful, welcoming environment. I was in and out quickly thanks to her efficiency. Jennifer is truly a gem—highly recommend!

Great experience at the River Edge location! Kevin showed us around, provided the best space available for us, explained how everything worked and made the whole storage experience easy and stress free!
Also, Gina and Amy at the call center were also very lovely and accommodating!!
