Tahj was so friendly and helpful. The service felt more like a friend helping you pack all your stuff as opposed to a bored, annoyed team member. My packages were quite difficult and annoying and he had so much patience the entire time. Assisted every step of the way, assured me that it wasn’t a bother to him despite me feeling like a difficult customer, and any concerns he had a solution for right away. He held a smile the entire way through and his humor was awesome.

The female on the staff was very timid and very reluctant to help. She directed me to scan the package via the bolted computer which doesn’t have a handheld scanner with an oversized package. I’m glad that gentleman, that was multitasking helped me through it.

We needed documents printed for school event, but it was not the most organized document. Darwin made the process much smoother. He walked me through the process and got everything done quickly and efficiently. He was patient while I tried to figure out which pages needed to be printed. Thank you so much for all your help!

BEWARE! My package from Apple was stolen at this location. Package was mysteriously rerouted to this location by someone at FedEx and they then claimed it was picked up. I never requested my package be rerouted and did not pick it up. ID was required for pick up, so obviously FedEx employees are behind the theft. FedEx was not helpful with the issue and all four people I spoke to could not have cared any less. Thankfully Apple filed a claim, resolved the issue and replaced my stolen computer. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. If shipping Apple products or other expensive items through FedEx, I recommend applying "shipper restrictions" so changing delivery options is not allowed.

Sent out a Hard Drive for data recovery from this location with a paid label. These guys lost the drive. I'm being refunded $100 for a $200 drive. The information on it was worth far more to me personally. I'll never trust FedEx not to completely lose packages again.

The customer service here is exceptional! Everyone I have dealt with to ship my packages have been so courteous and knowledgeable. They really take care of you and make sure you have a good experience. I wish we received the same service from the Post Office or Staples UPS. Lol

I did not have a good experience at this location at all. From the quality of printing, the service, and especially the employees! I ended up at the Paramus location and I had a completely opposite experience. The Riveredge location was rude to me, gave me wrong information and the quality of the print job was awful. I wasted hundreds of dollars because they did not do the right job. I am so much happier with the Paramus location. Don't waste your time here - go to Paramus!

Customer service here is great. Fast and efficient.I was able to print my shipping label at the store at no extra charge.Tanecia was very helpful and reassured me my package will arrive safely with the box she chose. FedEx really lives up to their saying “Let the pros pack and ship it”.

This FedEx ship store is located in the New Bridge Landing strip mall in River Edge. Convenient parking with close by handicapspots. They are Covid aware with masks required and 6' spacing markers. Busy, but the service is efficient and quick.
