“Staff is so helpful and knowledgable. Friendly and kind. I love their dog who greets every single customer who walks in the door! And they always have a seasonal drink and cookies which you just don't see anywhere anymore. They have everything you could possibly need for your backyard habitat. Highly recommend a visit here!”
“I had a great experience with American Coin & Stamp Company in Clifton. I spoke with Charlie on the phone beforehand, and he was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable right from the start.
I brought in some old coins, including a few Indian Head dollars, and the exchange was very fair and informative. Another gentleman took the time to explain things clearly, which made the whole process feel comfortable and trustworthy.
What really stood out was the kindness and personal touch. My girlfriend is of Dominican heritage, and the gentleman even shared an old Dominican dollar bill with her, which meant a lot and really summed up how thoughtful and genuine the experience was.
I can absolutely see why this place has such a strong reputation. Kind, professional, and welcoming — I would definitely do business with them again.”

“Chris and his team at America The Beautiful are second to none. From the moment you walk in to his beautiful historic storefront, you can already feel that you made the right choice. All of the products at his place are made in the U.S. including but not limited to the flags, flagpoles, and the hardware. Chris treated you like you were a part of his family taking care of every question and concern in a timely manner and was extremely professional, transparent, ready to take on the task at hand, and taking pride in his work. “Need to be honest, reading some of these reviews I was a bit apprehensive visiting the store yesterday. My 7yo loves sports and is crazy about cards. He had a gift card to use and I walked in expecting an issue. From the second I walked in, to the moment we left, it was an awesome experience. The guy maning the counter greeted us, let us browse, asked if we had questions. He was very approachable but gave us our space to browse and talk. Just like when I was a kid, picking what to buy was probably the biggest decision of his month. We were there way too long as he struggled with these critical decisions but the guy never rushed us or gave us any impression we were a bother.
Bottom line is the place was spotless, prices were great, customer service top notch. My only disappointment is that we didn't visit sooner. Disregard the negative posts; hell disregard this post. Give them a try and decide for yourself. A true hidden gem.”

“Was in the area and looking for a few products so stopped in. Place is stocked on sports. Prices are in line with sports card stores. For harder to find stuff it’s a bit more than retail but that’s expected and fair. The guy there, possibly the owner, was friendly and super helpful. I ended up with some good stuff and an overall good experience. I’ll be back. If you need anything from baseball to Pokemon they have it and like I said, fair prices. Oh lots of hockey which is not easy to find always.”
“Hollywood Heros has two things going for it. 1) An amazing, incredible selection of toys, new and vintage. 2) The nicest owners possible. My 12 y.o. son is a huge Star Wars collector, and he discovered HH on Yelp about. year ago. We've gone maybe a dozen times now even though it's an hour round trip. We often find rare and impossible to get items here and if it's not on the shelves, it's probably in their basement, so just ask. We became friendly with Jordan and Val on our trips there, and Jordan has been especially gracious. He always has time to talk, answer questions, and be friendly. Even when we come to just window shop, we still have great talks. Recently my son was looking for an ARC-170 gunship, and Jordan and Val had just gotten one in that had missing parts, and they gave it to my son as a thank you for being a loyal customer. It made my son's month. The store is a block from the central shopping district, so when we go we get bagels or Korean chicken and make a day out of it, or go the few blocks to Trader Joes. I know a Trader Joes isn't a selling point for a store specifically, but as a parent of someone who loves shopping here it's nice to have a cute town that can be part of the experience.”

“I love the store. However, please upgrade to the 21st century. No Apple Pay?? A hassle for employees to find items without tickets holding up the lines forever, when it would be a lot easier for the company to use Ai systems that would take a picture of the item and find it in the inventory. The upgrade will certainly increase sales since customers frustrated with the inability to find items or sales, leave the items behind and walk away. It makes no sense. Great merchandise buyers and staff but poor administrative skills.”
“This is one of the best Michael's I’ve ever been to. I had a young lady (did not get her name but wish I had to give her a shout out) who helped me with my online order and was so patient, kind, and efficient even on a busy Friday night. Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one.”

“Went in for an online order pick up. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. All of the fall and Christmas decor is starting. Not a huge selection of yarn. I keep checking back on this and it’s just not as great as Joanne’s was-even tho Michael’s bought out Joanne’s brand. The store was well stocked and it didn’t have that overpowering horrible air freshener smell lie it usually has. That was a good thing! I could actually breathe in the store with this visit and not choke to death from toxic scented chemicals.”
“Lovely experience today with Arissa, who exhibited extraordinary kindness and patience as I sought to have 3 photos of my Mom framed. She listened attentively to what I thought might look good and showed me a virtual picture of what I selected on her computer. Then we both noodled around with mat colors until we came up with something we both thought looked great. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product.
