i had a flat tire and called to ask if they can fix my tire right away, and they said yes to come in. as soon as i arrived, they got started right away.
they were friendly and professional, and great service- i highly recommend them

I had a fantastic experience at ideal service center! Got a nail in my tire, and they fixed it in just 15 minutes for only $25. The entire team, including the owner, was super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place—five stars all the way!

Went to this place several times was happy with the work, but the last time I took it there there was a sound coming from the right front asked j to look at it so I left the car all day I also asked them to check a light on the dash end of the day I go to check on the car it's still in the service shop, so Jay I believe his name is said he didn't get a chance to look at the light it would take him another hour and a half I said okay no problem went over to 7-Eleven came back 15 minutes later the car was sitting in the lot I went inside and said what's up he said I had to pull the car out I don't have time for this, would take him too long to figure out the problem said he would call me to bring the car back in never did

My battery died last night and I called ideal to get a quote. The very next day I stopped by and they were able to install it within 15 minutes. Super fast service with transparent pricing.

$150 in labor to change spark plugs. 2 minutes of labor.
$250 in labor to reprogram tire sensors. 2 minutes of labor.
standard tune-up... maybe an hour of labor.
they charged $650 in labor & didn't even replace any filters.
it was over $1000 in total with no specialty work.
avoid this place. robbery.

I got in my car to bring the kids to school and the tire pressure indicator showed three out of the four tires had low pressure. I assumed it was the cold weather because this mornings temperature is in the single digits. I didn't want to take a risk because I'm planning on a long drive this afternoon for the holidays. So I swung by Ideal Service Center to check on the tire pressure and make sure I don't have more to worry about. They were amazing. One guy immediately came out and checked my tires. Amazing service and nice guy! He reassured me it was the cold weather. Definitely would use their services again!

Show up at 4 pm to replace a tire workers/ owners were complaining that i got there too late i showed up at that time because thats when i blew a tire they were uninterested and rude
I got on my car and went to TJ’s down the street they helped me with a smile
Next time say you cant do it at the moment and thats fine don’t complain because i came to your business
