My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.

“I ordered postcards online for same-day printing from this Staples location, but one of the printers was unexpectedly down. Jessica from the print department called me promptly to explain what was going on and offered several helpful options for getting my postcards printed and shipped. She even kept me updated on the possibility of a repair later in the day.
Although I ultimately decided to cancel the order since it wasn’t urgent, I was genuinely impressed by the communication, professionalism, and care I received. “This is not about the FedEx company. I have nothing to say about them. They’re horrible and every review that people read about them is accurate all the bad reviews. And that’s putting it mildly. This is about the store itself .
Pete the manager is fantastic. He’s the reason I’ll keep coming to this store .I use this store for supplies and a lot of copying in large amounts and they really do a great job with this. I had a deadline I had to meet with 60 copies which I thought was hard enough. I had two days notice. It would be over 120 copies that’s nearly impossible with one machine . Pete not only got it done for me. He got it done at a good price and Everything looked wonderful and I made my deadline. Good as well as bad employees for sure will make or break place of business and that’s why I’ll keep coming back here. Excellent service from Pete .”
