They saw me as an emergency visit within an hour of calling. Office staff is amazing . They were extremely helpful and caring. The dr was gentle and very and thorough. Old school care where the patient comes first.

I believe the oral surgeon is clinically skilled, but the way the office handles insurance and billing was extremely disappointing. I was told multiple times that the practice was in-network with my insurance. Only once I was already in the chair for my extraction did a staff member come in with a handwritten estimate, assuring me that this was standard for an in-network procedure and that everything would be billed normally.
When the actual bill arrived, I discovered the provider was out of network, and I would have saved about $1,200 had I gone to an in-network surgeon. When we called the office to discuss the discrepancy, they refused to acknowledge any mistake or misleading communication.
I would strongly recommend confirming insurance details independently before scheduling.

Amazing Doctor. He told me 40 minutes to extract a tooth was in and out in 20 and apologized for the delay. Didn’t feel a thing and all was well. Best place ever!!!

From the very 1st phone call, to my tooth extraction and implant, my entire experience was seamless. I was able to get an appointment within a day. Everyone in the Westwood office was extremely professional and answered any questions I had.
Dr. Cho is an amazing surgeon, he explained everything he was going to be doing for me and I was in and out of the surgery (extraction & implant) within and hour.
Riverside is the real deal! Even if I couldn't have gotten an immediate appointment in their Westwood location, they have multiple locations with top notch doctors that are here for you.

Riverside Oral Surgery never disappoints. Dr Cho did an amazing extraction on my daughter 10 years ago and yesterday helped my husband. Dr Auerbach removed my son’s wisdom teeth 15 years ago. The staff is exceptional! They are knowledgeable, friendly and professionals. So glad Chestnut Ridge Dental recommended them 15 years ago! I have recommended them to many Moms in my town and each one that went there thanked me!!

Five stars all around - if google let me do 10 I would do it! Dr Cho and the stuff at Riverside Oral Surgery in Westwood were beyond professional, kind and caring. Oral surgery is never fun but Dr Cho made me feel comfortable and relaxed and did an amazing job. I am recommending Dr Cho to all my friends. If you are looking for an oral surgeon - look no further - Dr Cho is your guy!

Was my first time at this office and I must say I was very impressed with the attention to details, concerns and the way things were explained making sure I understood everything and making sure I was comfortable with the work that needed to be done. Riverside Oral Surgery is terrific! Gwen was so helpful by guiding me to some alternative dental plans for my Mother that will, potentially, save her thousands. Dr. Cho is wonderful! He treated my 90 year old Mother as if she was a part of his family. He is very kind and caring.
