I love this post office. I drive out from NYC periodically and I save up my packages to send out whenever I’m in town here just so I can go to this location and avoid the hassle at every single post office in the city. Everyone is friendly here, there’s never a line, and even though it’s a small location with only a few parking spots up front there’s additional parking in the back and it’s never crowded. I always just get in and get out stress free.

If I can give this place zero stars I could. I sent important documents through priority mail. The guy working here put tape on the envelope and could have led to the mail getting lost. They don't care about anyone or anything. This agency has turned into a delivery service for junk, because I will never send, even a greeting card, through the mail ever again.

Most of the people here complain. Don’t have any idea of this station works. Post office don’t pack anything go there with your packages ready don’t wait till the last minute to go inside the office and spect that they have take care of you, there’s an scheduled to follow. Also they’re always hiring

A small post office where the mailbox is and windows are only open for 2 hours on Saturdays and not on Sundays, I'm not sure what the point is with opening so few hours.

This post office has to be the worst one in the whole Bergen County. There is an old lady either Hispanic or African American couldn’t tell with the lovely shower curtain they still have raggedy hanging. She was the most miserable bitter old bag I’ve ever come across. It was like going to the gap and having them tell you it’s your clothes you fold them And put them in a bag. Lol she was so horrible she clearly failed customer service. I hope they move her to a diff location cause she’s absolutely disgusting. I can’t wait to write Headquaters over her she got me that aggravated she’s clearly done this before cause other ppl seemed ticked off prior to me.

This post office is horrible. Some old woman who works there i can't tell if she's Hispanic or African American but she's horrible. the worst post office employee I've ever encountered. miserable old bag. She refuses to do anything her reply Is always "ITS YOUR MAIL" woman this YOUR JOB!!! I'll be reporting her to Headquaters she is disgusting. Miserable bitter old woman. Short white hair with a terrible attitude.

Forgot to tape my package so I was gona buy one but the owner there (Mets hat) gave it to me for free and was very helpful. Idk how people are giving this place a bad review

Best post office always accommodating me with my packages helping me cut costs providing me tools and teaching me which boxes to use so I would spend less money and get boxes quicker 10/10 would recommend this post office staff always friendly too

Send international letters or parcels at your own risk!! Don't buy into the guarantees. If mail doesn't get to destination, they offer no recourse and only then do you learn that they don't 'guarantee' anything going overseas eventhough the staff admit USPS is part of EMS.. ..for peace of mind use FedEx or DHL!!

Bad customer service ever! Bell, the post officer I met today and was complaining that I should prepared and came early. I was there since 4.45 pm and took only a couple minutes to prepare certified labels while there were the other few customers waiting in the line. I was out of there almost 5:30 pm because he was taking so much time doing his job, very slowly as well as complaining, and telling the customers what to do instead of getting his job done! I won't go there again!

This Post office is sort of hidden which makes it quick and easy to conduct your transitions. Unfortunately, only 1 or 2 staff on site. They are helpful, and courteous. The store doesn't have many items as a normal sized Post office store would have. It gets the job done, just be lucky to walk in to an empty store.

I always come here to drop off my pre-paid business packages! I actually pass up going to the PO in my town to come here! The staff is great and very welcoming! I've never had an issue or long wait (knock on wood) :)
