The team at Anita and owner Ari are amazing.. my family has been going there for years, they can always help out fast, are honest with the pricing and such nice customer service. I woke up to a flat tire, road side assistance was not able to find anyone to change my tire, I went to Anita the fixed the tire ASAP - My husband has been going there for oil changes as well

Would not recommend this anymore. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Unfortunately, my last two visits have been deeply disappointing and will be going somewhere else.
During my most recent visit, the counter representative I interacted with was extremely rude, arrogant, sarcastic, and condescending. He rushed through our interaction, and seemed more interested in attending to something else rather than assisting me. He raised his voice and made several excuses for why he was unable to reprint the sales invoice and apply my Anita rewards towards the repair. This is particularly frustrating, as it defeats the purpose of having Anita rewards if they cannot be fully utilized.
Additionally, I brought my car in for an oil change and was told it would be ready in an 1 1/2. However, three hours later, I called to check on the status and was informed that the car was not ready. There was no follow-up call to inform me of the delay, and the person I spoke with on the phone was rude. Ultimately, I ended up waiting five hours for a simple oil change.
When I brought up my concerns to the sales manager, he assured me that he would "take care of it," but provided no further details or solutions. Upon reading some of the other reviews, it appears that other customers have experienced similar issues, and these complaints date back several months. It's obvious that these complaints are not being taken seriously, as the problems are still occurring. Here’s an idea: maybe someone needs to go because whatever you’re doing is not working.
That being said, I will no longer be coming here for tire purchases, oil changes, or repairs. I hope this is useful to anyone else who may be thinking about using this shop for their auto repair.

I walked in with a screw in my new tire and without an appointment. They were great to squeeze me in and were extremely honest. They were able to patch it and save me a lot of money on another new tire. I’ll absolutely go back

Car was hit and the bumper was damaged and the parking light fell out. Anita fixed this so that it truly looked like "new." Kudos!!!
