And in case they don't know English, that girl must be the owner and if not, it should be because she knows a lot and serves very well. Between a purchase of $5 I came out with a receipt for $120, the girl knows about liquor.”
“Honestly, really liked this place. They were open until 10 PM on a Sunday, which already saved me, but what surprised me is that their “discount” is actually legit. Most liquor stores say that and it’s not really true, but here it actually is.
The owner was super nice, the place is clean, and they’ve got a really good wine selection.

On a budget? You'll have MANY options. Wanting to impress, regardless of dollar signs? Joe will make sure you're the favorite guest at the dinner party. I've had many wines from here, all more delicious than the next. The free weekly tasting on Saturday's (at least 4 wines) you walk out with at least 1 of you new favorite wines every week.”

“This place offers not only wine but also a wide variety of beverages including beer, whiskey, vodka, and soju. There is a separate section within the store dedicated to cigars.
If you like beer, I recommend trying the NJ local brews.

“Having lived in Hell’s Kitchen for a long time and a few places in Yonkers that didn’t have as much accessibility to stores as I was used to, I was so happy to find a home in this neighborhood as I can walk to pretty much everything I need, including bourbon, gin and wine :). Occasionally a nice tequila. The owners are a lovely married couple with young teenaged sons and a totally chill store cat. I have been patronizing them since their last location down the street and they have always been so friendly. I know them by name and always feel welcomed when I come in. They greet people by their names and know what their customers like. The prices are exactly where they should be for our neighborhood and they are staples. If you happen to be driving on Ashburton and need some hooch, definitely stop in and see them!”

“I was shopping for Pinot noir for the first time at this location. I got the wine and the owner or employee (I am not sure) suggested another one which was a really good 👍 price and better quality 😄. I do not regret buying it and I like it very much. So I will be back tomorrow to get one more for the weekends.

“I rarely write up a review, but it is needed here. They offer such an amazing selection of wine producers with very difficult to come by vintages and they actively restock their collection. I have purchased here many many times, the condition of the bottles are always in such superb condition even considering the 20-30-40+ year old bottles. The customer service is always on point and their pick up turn around times are very reasonable, considering they have the store front and the collection is held in temperature controlled storage facility nearby. Truly a gem of a place and it will continue to be one of my go to's for particular wines to add to the cellar. Great place of business definitely one of the best and most reputable in the area that is for sure!”
