“I couldn’t be more pleased that I left CVS in Old Tappan and transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens in River Vale 2 years ago at least. The pharmacists are wonderful - kind and attentive and so is the staff. I had such a pleasant experience when I went in this past Saturday to pick up my Rx. I am not embarrassed to admit that I brought a ridiculous amount of Milk Duds to the counter to pay for my chocolatey caramel addiction. The next thing I know, the cashier whose name was Prince, was checking the expiration dates to ensure that my candy was fresh. I never even thought to do that myself let alone ask him to do it but he thoughtfully took that task into his own hands. It was such a nice surprise and a reminder of why I walked away from the nightmare that was CVS. Walgreen’s definitely understands that you catch more flies when honey (or Milk Duds…LOL). Thanks to Prince and Walgreens for taking pride in customer service and going out of your way to keep your clientele happy! And a special shoutout to Joey K who also goes above and beyond with a smile each time I see him behind the counter!”

The woman who answered the phone in the pharmacy was able to resolve everything within 15 minutes. Thank god for her or else I would have been without this medicine for 2 or 3 days. It being the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend”
