I had such a great experience at Runner's House getting my son his first pair of running sneakers! Jason was incredibly helpful—he took the time to go through multiple options, making sure my son felt comfortable and confident in the shoes. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable. It meant a lot to see someone care that much about getting it right. We'll definitely be shopping here again!

The two gentlemen who run the store, Russ and Jason, are helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They will figure out what would work for you, I highly recommend trying them out if you have not been to their store!

I have never had such a great experience shopping for shoes, and I highly recommend Runner's House!
I came to Runner's house on the advice of a co-worker. Jason met me as I walked in and worked with me for a full hour & half! After everything we ordered the shoes I wanted and they arrived at my home in only three days!

I know absolutely nothing about what shoes would be good for being on my feet all day. Jason helped me pick out shoes for my new job. He brought me several different pairs (7 if I remember correctly) and let me try them all and brought me more when I wasn’t sure. He was so helpful and kind. I feel great about my purchase and I will definitely be back when I need a new pair. Thank you so much!

Patient knowledgeable staff. Gave me me all the time I needed after recent ankle fracture. . Multiple styles and brands to try till I got it right. Even let me try out different orthotics according to needs. More than 5 stars. Prices is very fair for the amount of time they spent..

I went to Runners House again for Brooks sneakers. Russ has the patience of a saint and answered all my questions without hesitation. My selection Ariel sneaker for my pronation and just very bad feet is perfect. If you have hard to fit feet or even normal feet i give Russ and Jason 5+ stars. Thank you ‼️‼️‼️?????

PROS: This place was absolutely amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, their inventory was plentiful, and their prices were actually the same as franchises around the area. They had all top brands in their selection and a treadmill for you to try your shoes on. They also have a device that measures your foot pressure points for therapeutic reasons CONS: I left them a voicemail but it was never returned. I'm very punctual with communication so this set me a little aback. OVERALL: From now on whenever I need new shoes I am definitely coming here

This was my first visit. I was looking for knowledgeable people to help me find a good walking shoe. I showed them what was happening with my current sneakers. Lauren brought out four different sneakers for me to try. She explained the differences and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the help provided and bought a pair that she had brought out for me.
