I walked over half an hour before closing and they were more than willing to help me solve the problem so I could get home. The gentleman found the source of the leak and fixed it in a very timely manner and never made me feel bad that it was the end of the day. “Came in with a slow tire leak. Ended up needing new tires and an alignment. They were happy to help and quickly went to work. As they were installing the new tires it was discovered that the stem on my TPS sensor was damaged. They offered an amazing discount on the sensor and got me out the door in short order. Will be back for any future work.”

“Another spectacular experience at this chain that is run like a small-town mom and pop store. I was across the street (at Carvel!) and realized one of my break lights was out HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MAVIS' CLOSING TIME. I called to see if I could bring my car in. They weren't sure they'd be able to help but said I could come over. As soon as I pulled in, they took a look, opened the lamp, and changed the bulb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
