“We love DR G. He's caring and knowledgeable. I've been seeing him since the 80s at the time we had cats. The last 14 years he's taken care of my dogs. It's not an office with several vets, it's him alone. He's like your small town Dr. you don't find them much anymore. Not for people or our pets. I'll continue to see him until he retires.”

202 NY-303, Valley Cottage NY 10989
“The Valley Cottage Animal Hospital is truly exceptional! With February being Dental Cleaning Month, we had both of our dogs undergo their cleaning today, and once again, we were beyond impressed. The level of trust we have in their expertise and guidance for every aspect of our dogs’ health is unmatched. The entire staff is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and compassionate. Patricia Collins, DVM, sets a remarkable standard for both professionalism and generosity. She is always patient with our many questions, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. She often goes the extra mile— today she helped me take our dogs to the car after their procedures. Afterwards, she ran back outside just to give our “boys” treat bags in celebration of Dental Cleaning Month so we wouldn’t leave without them . Her kindness and dedication truly make all the difference. We are so grateful to have such a caring and knowledgeable team looking after our pets. Highly recommend!”

“I want to thank all the staff and especially doctor Christine Asgar for being very professional, compassionate and kind. Our dog Max always got an excellent care. Unfortunately he succumbed to untreatable cancer. Doctor Asgar always called personality to ask how he was doing, and called personally to express her condolences. We got a handwritten sympathy card in mail from all the staff, and it means a lot to dog owners to get that kind of attention.”

“First went to Animal Medical the day after we adopted a kitten. She was extremely ill and we came very close to losing her, but thanks to the doctors, she is now a happy, healthy two year old cat! Recently took our 11 year old dog in for some concerns, and the vet spent so much time with us and gave such a thorough exam. Highly recommend this practice to everyone!”

190 N Franklin Tpke, Ramsey NJ 07446
“My cat, Max, scares easily and doesn’t like being around new people. It takes her a long time to warm up to people. But Dr. Parker and the vet tech were so amazing and sweet that Max warmed up to them instantly. Their suggestions to treat Max’s issue also worked great. I highly recommend them. Update: This past December, our Max crossed the rainbow bridge during a routine visit to Dr. Parker’s office. She did everything to save her but it wasn’t possible. The only reason I held it together at the office was because Dr. Parker reassured me it wasn’t my fault and it was just Max’s time. It’s been the most difficult time for our family, made easier by Dr. Parker’s kindness and compassion. What’s surprising is she didn’t charge us anything for all she did to save Max. We’ll never forget what she did for us during the darkest day of our lives ❤️”

201 Broadway, Hillsdale NJ 07642
“Our dog, Niklaus, was a patient of Dr. Fisher’s until we moved 3 hours away, and we cannot find a vet who can hold a candle to Dr. Fisher and his staff! From the time you step into the office, you know that your fur baby is being well-cared for. The lovely women at the front desk are so patient on the phone and make the check-in process much less stressful, especially for dogs with high anxiety like ours. Mike, the vet tech, and Dr. Fisher get right on the floor to ease your pup’s fears, and handle your fur baby with such care and compassion. Dr. Fisher is knowledgeable not just in traditional western medicine, but he also explores eastern and holistic routes to treat the cause of the issue. Going to the vet is not a pleasant experience for any animal, but Dr. Fisher’s way of approaching our pup with such care and tenderness helped to lessen his anxiety and make the process less stressful for both Niklaus and us. Dr. Fisher and his team are angels, and the world needs more people like this! You can’t go wrong with Hillsdale Animal Hospital!”
