I had a horrible experience here this week. I was scheduled for the Covid booster for 01/06/2022. I mistakenly came the day before and they let me know I was scheduled for the next day. When I asked if they could take me that day anyway, the staff member with a smirk said no. I came back for the scheduled time the next day and I saw the pharmacy was closed and the staff was leaving. I let them know I have an appointment and again with a smirk was told sorry their system was down. I asked why wasn't I called and a male staff member slammed his hand down on the counter and the pharmacist turned and walked away while I was still talking to her. The pharmacist then came back and said they did call me. I didn't have a message or missed call. She then looked me up on the computer and told me the number they had for me, so was the system really offline. The pharmacist then said I can get you taken care of in Waldwick, but when I told her it's a 30 minute drive and they closed in 20 minutes she said oh well that's all I can do. I asked about Old Tappan because it was 15 minutes away and I was told I don't know anyone there and didn't offer to call there. Another staff member who was trying to be helpful kindly said come anytime tomorrow and she would take me. When I asked for a manager, the pharmacist told me good look reaching him, he's sick. I took my mom, two weeks prior for her booster in Hillsdale and they couldn't have been more amazing. I honestly have never been treated this way at a retail store, I hope Corporate management looks at my review and the similar negative reviews here and makes changes or retrains there staff at River Vale. Going forward I will be giving my business to Hillsdale or CVS.

Horrible service. Made appointment for Covid test online as required. Received repeated emails reminding me of the appointment & my confirmation number. When I arrived on time for the test I was told they have no record of my appointment & they "couldn't" help me. I provided the printed confirmation emails and the confirmation number but they refused to give me the test and advised me to register online again - which requires at least a week delay.

Absolutely awful fed ex service. I brought in a large and very heavy package for return. One worker said "yes please bring it in, no problem." Once we lugged the extremely heavy item in, the other extremely rude worker says "oh no, we can't take that. My coworker doesn't know what she's doing." Well if that isn't reassuring, idk what is. Needless to say, we had to lug the package out again like idiots. Way to throw your coworker under the bus. Very unprofessional. Went to another fed Ex return and didn't have any problem.

Really bad photo center. The website told me that my $40 photos would be ready at 4. I arrived at 4:30 and they said it would be another 5-10 minutes, which was fine. However, they kept me waiting 40 minutes. I understand it may take longer than you expected, but why can't you just be honest??? I was there the whole time!
