“I use their blowers for pet grooming, they are all excellent products! And their repair service is top notch too! After years of being a real workhorse for me, my 220v double motor 4 + 4 Air Force Commander blower needed new brushes. I tried to replace them myself, as it is easy to do in other models. I broke a wire trying to remove the brushes and had to send the unit in for repair. They replaced the brushes, the damaged motor, seals and credited me for the brushes I had already purchased and sent extra motor filters too! The service was very thorough, prompt and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend sending this particular model to them for brush replacement rather that doing it yourself.”

“Typical Home Depot. For some reason that I do not understand, every Home Depot carries a different style of kitchen cabinets. It's Hit or Miss no matter which one you go to. The staff was extremely helpful. However, they really need to keep up with their stock as far as kitchen cabinets. Also, for some reason their bathroom sinks that have a backsplash is separate from the entire sink. In other words, the sinks with a backsplash have a separate slab that you have to install. Which quite frankly I don't understand. I thought this was Home Depot and not a Kia where I have to assemble a bathroom sink.”

I'm writing to recognize Liam Molero for outstanding customer service.
Liam handled my grandfather and me with genuine, comforting care. He eased my grandfather's worry about a potential virus on his computer and clearly explained all the available service options. We truly felt like he cared and that we were in good hands.
However, that's not even the main reason I want to recognize him.
While Liam was going over our options, another customer approached him, angry, insisting he was missing a specific back piece from his computer. Liam handled it with calm, patience, and active listening — letting the visibly frustrated customer vent, then stepping in at the right moment to explain that the piece was actually there, just in the back of the computer.
It was genuinely impressive to watch. I've led and trained teams for nine years, and the poise Liam showed — while still keeping us in the loop — reflected the professionalism and confidence of someone far more tenured.
After the customer left, Liam was visibly shaken. We tried to lighten the mood with some humor, but honestly, no employee should have to deal with that kind of treatment. I wanted to make sure his composure and professionalism in that moment didn't go unnoticed.
