“Not nearly as much "hobby" as it used to be. More of a mashup of Home Goods and Michael's, anymore. Not necessarily a bad thing as we've bought a lot of nice things for the holidays and the occasional crafty items. I suppose they've adapted to the changing times in that hobby stores are shrinking and disappearing as the years go by, which is unfortunate. Wish they were open on Sundays! That's one way they (and Chick-fil-A) could definitely adopt for changing times.”
“I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. I damaged a giant 5 ft x 4 ft painting with two two inch tears and called around to get some quotes on repairs. I thought I was going to have to pay upwards for $4k at other places before I called Steve who was willing to take it on for a fraction of the price. He immediately eased my worries and talked me through the process of what type of repairs I was looking for. I dropped off the painting at his shop (very cute town!) and he would provide me with status updates as he painted different layers. Now the painting looks practically like new! So grateful for Steve, HIGHLY recommend!”
“Love the store and selection. Staff are very willing to be helpful. They are limited due to understaffing so sometimes a long wait at cutting table or register or if you have a question. Great fabric selection. Best big box store for yarn. Should bring in prym hooks and needles.”
