Worst customer service ever. Ben Totally scammed me. Added a 4th line to my plan when I only needed 3 lines without telling me. Corporate At&t said it was so he can make a better commission. Completely disgusting to scam people. Now i have to pay for a line I dont use. Very rude on the phone. Will move over to Verizon ASAP

I recently had an outstanding experience at AT&T, thanks to the exceptional assistance of Scott. He expertly handled two upgrades on my family’s plan, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Scott patiently walked me through each step, ensuring I understood everything and felt comfortable with the transition to our new phones. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a significant difference, and I highly recommend seeking his help when visiting the store. Excellent service all around!

came in panicking because ATT screwed up my phone, and we were leaving the next day for vacation. Kahn saved the day! Got the phone working, and looked up our account and saved us a ton of money. This is not the closest store to me, but I will be back because it was the first time I have felt like someone actually listened to me, and helped with ATT.

Kahn helped me and my whole family figure out how to transfer our old iPhones with verizon to new iPhones with AT&T and was EXTREMELY helpful! We ran into a bunch of obstacles trying to transfer our phone numbers to the new phones on our own, so we went to this AT&T store and Kahn saved the day. He was extremely understanding of our frustrations (even though he had nothing to do with the issues we were facing) and helped us solve all problems. Thank you Kahn!!!!

Kahn is amazing! He was super informative and advised us of all our options. He was not pushy and was very understanding of our situation. This is the best location to go to when you need answers and honesty. Not only was he professional, but he was also very friendly, and it made us comfortable to speak to him of all our opinions and concerns.

Kahn absolutely knew his business. I drove over my phone and my girl needed a new phone as well. We had alot of questions and he was a wealth of knowledge. And due to us both going from 5+ year old phones. He was more then willing to stay late to complete the sale. He was more then happy to also keep our kid entertained with her Neverending questions.

Khan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all my questions. Was able to change my number and upgrade to a new phone and he was more than helpful! He was very nice to all ages when I was there. Even offered water because it was extremely hot out! 10/10 experience
