pretty run down chase. what bank only has 1 single ATM? youd expect better from chase. and that single ATM is always out of order at the most inconvenient times. the one in oakland is way better

Not quite sure what the crazy negative reviews are for. I go in make a deposit done. I go in , make a withdrawal done. Sounds to me like many folks are trying to do some creative juggling and the bank regulations won’t allow that. I understand the ATM being down is frustrating. However, why not just take money out for the week so you aren’t always going to the ATM? If your account is always at margin levels I understand that bills need to pass through. It’s tight sometimes.
In reference to the personnel. I haven’t experienced any rude behavior. I am sure at times it gets busy and there may be delays. Let’s face it, you aren’t gonna get many people working there that are excited about a poorly paid staff.

Everyone there is very helpful and professional. I would have given 5 Stars, if not for the ATM facing the rear of the building, i used it the other night, and I did not feel at all safe.

I tried very hard not to rate this location considering I come here often and was giving them the benefit of the doubt. But every day it’s something small! Considering the number of accounts we have, the years in business and the weekly branch visits, you would think they’d know by now it is not fraud. Save yourself the time if you can and visit the Chase location that’s 5 min away.

I’ve been to this chase bank at least three times in the past month and on all three occasions ATM is out of order. And there is no second ATM in the inside because the bank has been updated since 1969. I live right down the street from this bank and I’d rather drive to the one in Pequannock New Jersey because at least I know their equipment works and they have more than one ATM in case one does not. They Desperately need to update this branch location .
