The service itself was great. You still need a waiting area. ALSO...if I had known I could have just uploaded my documents, I could have done the taxes a month earlier! I saw it after I had done my taxes. Advertise when you advertise. Have more help so one doesn't have to wait 45 mins past the time. I had to change my appointment bc work hours change, but the appointment I was given wasn't even in there. I will come back next year in spite of this, but try to improve these concerns.

This location completely ripped off a young family member of mine. Told her she couldn't receive a paper check and had to pay $50 for a special credit/debit card. Acted like he did her a favor finding a tax credit we could have easily done ourselves. She was charged all-in-all almost $200 for something she could have done at HOME for FREE. The only reason she went here was for the rapid refund, which she ultimately wasn't eligible for anyway. Beware!
