“We’ve used these movers 4 times so far. They made a stressful situation absolutely manageable. We weren’t even finished packing but Devin our foreman and absolutely organized and stand up guy arranged to have our loose items packed well and even explained how he approached protecting our valuables. We really had no worry about our items in their care. We had a long 26foot long truck and filled it the max but were so grateful for the pre planing and note of our inventory to make sure they used the proper vehicle. Our many items on flights of steps took a good part of the day but both Julio and Wilmer worked tirelessly for hours. I was astonished at the ease they lifted our weighty pieces. Really the whole team moved so swiftly and even dissembling and reassembling entire rooms. We greatly appreciate their hard work and just upbeat and friendly personality even our pup was calm around them. Such a great value for the money. We will definitely recommend to our friends.”

“Well, dont be late for the drop off or else you'll need to wait for the next available day. Even with that, I was overall happy with Upack. I was warned to pack high and tight, which I did but could not make the perfect wall at the end. I did have some of my stuff fall and move around but that wasnt Upack fault. I wish they had another system which give you multiple walls to put up so you can seperate the boxes and furniture.”

His crews to load and unload the trailer were professional, fast and responsive to my wife's and my requests. He even delayed delivery for us at the new home because of some gliches caused by the New Jersey attorneys delaying the closing in New Jersey. Tintle was right there, on time, clean, and unbelievably protective of our furniture with all kinds of blankets and wrapping. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Manny went above and beyond in his duties that day, and my uncle and I were extremely grateful for all his assistance. Everything arrived in perfect condition. “This year I purchased my first home. The house has an oil tank and I was concerned about dealing with oil and shady oil companies. I initially selected cooper because they seem to have the best prices around. In dealing with them for the past couple months, I have also found their customer service to be top notch and very friendly (very important to me). I’ve called for a delivery a couple times and they have always been there the next day. Hopefully they will continue to have highly competitive prices.”
