“I placed an order in the morning and received it by 3pm. it was for a large bag of dog food and it was placed right on my porch. This makes it much easier for me; a senior citizen with a large dog and a huge bag of dog food.”

“The doctor and the front receptionist were great with my girl. they were very informative and explained everything that I had questions on. they were not trying to push services onto me and I greatly appreciate them. the doctor was very friendly and it was very easy to make an appt. my girl is doing so much better already. thank you for everything”
“We recently moved to the area and found Home Towne Pet Shoppe when we were looking for a family-run pet store. We went in to the store and absolutely loved it! They have so much good stuff and even smaller brands that are tough to find in other bigger stores or even online. The lady behind the front desk was so welcoming and did not push or approach our dog when we told her she gets very nervous around strangers. They let us use the scale in the back and even gave us a pup cup with yummy toppings to give our dog!
We just ordered our dog's food from them and used their delivery service and got it in less than 24 hours. The man who delivered it was very nice and even gave us a free sample of beef liver treats! We're excited we signed up for subscribe and save with them so we can keep supporting their business!”

JOHN THE MANAGERS SPENT A GREAT DEAL OF TIME WITH ME, AND I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, AND THEN HE CARRIED IT TO MY CAR. HE WAS SO HELPFUL.I TOLD HIM THAT MY CAT WOULD BE VERY HAPPY. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW MUCH HE LOVED ANIMALS BUT I DID FIND OUT THAT HE HAS Many pets! Xavier checked me out, andi also was very courteous and suggested a few things.
I highly recommend the Totowa store.
Many of the people waiting to check out, had their pets with them. And you could tell, I thought this was a place where pets were loved.?

“Been going here for quite a while, all of my aquarium needs and more. Healthy fish and plants. Ive had live plants and white tetras from here for years. Just recently got a Fluval 207 and all the fixings to get started. I learned that purigen is a key factor for crystal clear water and is a lot longer lasting that the carbon and can be revitalized to be used for over a year.”

My Granddog just loves the variety of dog treats...
He loves the veggie sticks...as well as the assorted colorful treats that mimic human cookies.
My Granddog also likes the clothing for all seasons...buffer vests, sweaters for fall and winter. Vibrant shirts for Summer. He wore a few during our visit to Cape Cod and Martha's vineyard”
“I was so happily surprised when I met the staff at West Milford animal shelter. Every contact with them was amazing. My mother-in-law needed to go on hospice. And we needed to take care of her two cats. We are allergic. So we could not take them ourselves. West Milford animal shelter stepped in and helped us. They are amazing. Caring, competent, and a wonderful facility. Wonderful staff wonderful facility. Adopt, don’t shop!”
“My experience with Wayne puppies was incredible! From the moment I walked in the staff was very attentive and patient. The establishment is super clean and smells great! The puppies are well taken care of i was given the opportunity to spend enough time with the puppies which was great to connect and build trust. I would highly recommend Wayne puppies!”

“I LOVE this store! Has more than just the basics. Its so close to my home, I could throw a rock and hit it ? They have a great selection of dog and cat food at competitive prices. Staff is friendly and have also been super helpful. Definitely reccomend going to PLO over tge big chains. Parking is super easy and uou don't have to wait around for a space.
