“I’ve been to this post office many times, and Pablo is always so kind, genuine, and truly caring. Yesterday I went in to weigh my daughter’s wedding invitations because I wasn’t sure how much postage they would need. Pablo patiently helped me with every single invitation, making sure the postage was exactly right, and even double-checked everything with his supervisor so I would have complete peace of mind.
Today, when I came back to send the invitations out, Pablo immediately recognized me, took the box, and told me he would personally take care of everything. He understood how important my daughter’s wedding is to our family and wanted to make sure the invitations arrived safely. He was so warm, sincere, and happy to help that I felt completely reassured. I left feeling so grateful and relieved knowing that the invitations were in good hands and that it was one less thing for me to worry about. His kindness, patience, and big heart truly went above and beyond. Thanks again, Pablo!”

I called my local post office and spoke with a gentleman who was very courteous and very professional on the phone. Not only did he find my package, he took all of my complete information and offered to help me with any other issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a raving fan. “My bad for not getting the name of the super helpful woman who works there. I was there at approx 2:30 in the afternoon. She obviously takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, as if she were the owner of that business. At times over the years when I impressed a customer with hard work and respect, they have said "where did you find HIM?", meant in a complimentary way. Hey USPS, where did you find HER!?”

“I would like to recognize Noel for her outstanding customer service. While helping us with my minor daughter's passport application, she noticed that I had mistakenly printed the form double-sided, which could have caused delays because it would not be accepted by the Department of State.
Noel kindly explained the issue, provided a new application, and helped ensure everything was completed correctly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the process smooth and stress-free.

“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

“They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”
“I had a great experience here when I came. The man working the desk was alone, but efficient. He helped me deciding which package /envelope was the best for delivering my specific item. He was very patient after we filled out some information incorrectly and let me stand off to the side while he took the next customer in line (vs making me go back to the line) so he could take me as soon as I was done. His communication was compassionate and professional. Idk why there are so many bad reviews but I'm assuming it's not typical for people to leave good reviews when everything is fine but rather people definitely jump the gun as soon as one little thing goes wrong. So I'm here to say, I didn't see or experience any of this and hope more customers leave positive reviews of their true experience. I'll definitely be back. I'm also grateful they are open until 5pm vs other nearby locations. Yes there was a small line forming but that's because it was near their closing time and all other USPS locations already closed for the day. The line moved quickly. I think people just have 0 patience these days.”

In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”

Tim at the Riverdale branch is always nice and helpful answering questions.
The postal service is actually my favorite branch in the Federal government. You should feel lucky you can mail a letter across the country for only 73 cents. If it were Fedex or UPS it would be $5.00. Super efficient.”
