The crew who moved my belongings from New Jersey to Delaware, were efficient and top notched. The company stored my belongings for four months, then delivered them in the same condition that they received. I am repeatedly being impressed by your associate Sergio. He helped me solve an issue by going above and beyond my expectations. While there are many competing storage companies in the neighborhood with some of them offering more “perks” none of the have Sergio which is much more valuable than a price or a perk. Please pass along my comments to Sergio for being an exemplary employee and a trusted and valuable asset to Extra Space Storage. As I stated previously he is why I continue to be a customer of Extra Space Storage.

“I would never normally think to leave a review for a Storage Unit but here we are. This place is just exceptionally easy to deal with. All the info was already online. I showed up late in the day near closing and the lady at the desk was so eager to assist and made me feel at home. Looks like all the other reviewers here appreciate Ms. Destiny! Just a really friendly, quick, and competent service. Prices are reasonable for the area. Large trolleys available and the entrance is wide and accessible. Honestly what more could you want!”
“I’ve been using this storage facility for a few years now and haven’t had a single issue. Never too hot never too cold, temperature is regulated just right. Haven’t had a single issue with any of my items in my unit. Staff is also very helpful with anything needed.”

“I travel there daily for the last 20 years picking up parts and storing parts from my Company. This location in Clifton 1234 US Highway 46 I would recommend 100% because it's very clean and organized. Manager on duty Floyd, is always on top of things friendly and always helpful to your needs he works with you and its very convenient to get in and out always parking and he stays on top of any cleaning and maintenance to the building.”

“I have had very positive experiences coordinating with staff, especially Scott at you office to help coordinate a two stage pickup and transfer of my belongings from a larger to a smaller unit.
However, I am very concerned about one thing. Your office recommended I hire Antonio to move my things. Last week, he broke in half a granite table top that belongs to a rare piece of furniture that I was donating to a museum. He says he has insurance. However, I would appreciate it if you could help me make sure that Antonio follows thru to obtain insurance to replace the top.”
