This target sucks. Always out of stock of milk, meat, and other common grocery items. Takes weeks to restock. Out of convenience, this target is my first choice whenever I need something and, lately, have needed to consider other superior options such as the Walmart (cheaper) and the new Riverdale Farmers Market (their produce is TOP notch). I have honestly held off on giving my review but today 6/14/25, was just it for me. I have come into this location five times in the last two weeks for multiple different grocery items (including milk, steak, and pork) to find each one out of stock every time.
As someone with an extensive background in retail, specifically planning & allocation, it absolutely boggles my mind as to why this specific Target’s grocery department is CONSISTENTLY LACKING AND OUT OF STOCK. Where is your manager? Your DM? Surely I can’t be the only one complaining about this. Last week I went in and they were conducting an entire flip of their grocery department in the middle of peak business hours which resulted in absolutely NO product to be found on the shelves. Who made this call??? Completely mismanaged.
Don’t get me started on their short staffing lol.

Pick-up is SO SLOW. I always avoid pick up in store if I can because you are ALWAYS waiting between 20, 30, 40 minutes to pick up your stuff! Once they handed me one item and then I waited another 10 minutes for another employee to give me the rest of my order. Hello! What are they doing??

The last 5 times I’ve come here their Freshpet fridge was basically empty. It’s never ever stocked. I always have to ask a worker to get it from the back. Also, I hate that they changed their self checkouts to 10 items or less. You can’t do that and also only have like 2 regular registers open. Other than that, it’s usually very clean and the workers are nice.

Very disappointed with the level of customer support, even for a Target. No one is staffed at the phones. No one staffed in pick-up. Does a brief rain storm mean that everyone just takes a free lunch break for an hour?

Why is nothing ever stocked here ? My partner went to Starbucks we saw flys in the display food section. We told the worker her response was “we don’t sell it I’ll take care of it” I really hope they don’t put it back in the fridge. It was gross. So she went back on the her

I am reorganizing my studio and have been purchasing acrylic Brightroom storage cubes. I returned two because they were spotted/scratched & another because I bought the wrong configuration. I returned with a receipt. I was in & out fast.

Was just there with my daughter picking out summer dresses for graduation walked up to fitting room and girl told us it was closed at 8:00pm and I said the store was open until 10:00pm and she said she was short staffed. Very disappointing that my daughter couldn’t try on her dresses, so we put everything down and left. Fitting room is always open until store closes. I will be going elsewhere to pick out summer dresses.

Absolutely horrible experience. It took 30 minutes to pick up my order, which is supposed to be fast and efficient. On top of rude customer service from the employees "helping". So disgusted by this store, they need a new change of pace, and to learn how to put customers first. HIRE MORE PEOPLE WHO ARE COMPETENT TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
