What is going on with this Walmart location? I experienced blatant racism from staff, coupled with abysmal customer service. I attempted to return five items I purchased, but the employee only processed four and essentially stole one shirt from me. This is an utter waste of my time and hard-earned money. I tried calling the phone number they have on file but nobody picks up. Terrible service. Stealing from people is crazy to me. I will never set foot in a Walmart again.

Came here for a quick stop and check out a few things. They had a nice kinda view from there. There was a cool mine being the place also but can’t really see. It looks really cool. They had a phone repair place inside also

I waited for propane exchange for 30 minutes before someone finally came out to do the exchange. And that was ten minutes after I had gone in to complain. No apologies for the delay, nothing. Even when I said I’d been waiting for thirty minutes. Terrible customer service

Almost always have what I need and emoyees are always helpful in the Riverdale NJ store. Only negative is that it's frustrating to have all the personal care items locked up, even inexpensive items, although they have improved the ability to get an employee to come over and unlock the case by installing a call device on the display. Otherwise I've had great shopping experiences here!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I work up the road at one of the dealerships. My monthly rule ended up coming a week earlier and went through my pants. I came here in hopes to purchase a pair of new underwear, pads and tampons. All I had on me was my cellphone which is fine because I have Walmart pay set up as I am a loyal Walmart customer. Their system for some reason was not working properly and they told me I could not purchase the items if I did not have another form of pay. I waited in line 20+ minutes to get told this after trying twice. I asked if I could purchase for pick up on the app and just get my items they told me I would have to wait until the pick up time to get the items. I walked out of there embarrassed and in tears and the worse part is the people "helping" me were woman. I have never in my life felt more embarrass and ashamed even though I had no reason to be, one thing is for sure I will never be going to Walmart again.

Ample parking. Easy to enter and exit lot. Great prices. All in one shop stop. Very clean bathrooms. All items were neat and tidy. Store is well maintained.

Bought super Mario bros 3D world for the Nintendo switch and the game was wrapped in the sealed plastic but when I left the store and opened the game about 19 minutes after I left the store the game was not inside!! I went back to try to get an exchange or a refund but the ap manager that was there who was about to leave seemed like she did NOT care at all and told me that it was a merchandiser problem so I contacted Nintendo and they told me to speak with the store manager who I haven't been able to get into contact with! Store manager if your reading do better!
