Dr. Lynch came highly recommended by my contractor. He performed two rounds of mold testing—before and after black mold remediation—in my single family home. He was timely, professional, and responsive. He took his time to ensure I understood the test results and best course of action. He made himself available for questions and advice when needed. Working with Dr. Lynch gave me comfort and confidence that my home would be taken care of. I’d definitely recommend his services for testing at home or business.

Truly can't thank ESM Corp - Dr. Lynch specifically - enough, nor recommend this company highly enough to anyone in need of such a service. This business brings a wealth of knowledge to the job, with a no-nonsense "safety-first" approach and the data to back up every recommendation. Just as importantly, Dr. Lynch's leadership, SME skillset, and project management-style direction is truly comforting in, speaking from my own experience, a very emotional and vulnerable situation in dealing with the environmental safety of our home.I hope to never need to use them again (!), but if I do, I will have the peace of mind to know my home is in good hands. Dr. Lynch is a great guy. I had an air quality scare in my home and he helped me understand the issue and how to mitigate the problem. It was refreshing to speak to someone who wasn't trying to scare you into using their service, but was clearly understanding of the anxiety these things can cause. I would highly recommend him to any homeowner that needs answers and/or testing.

I called Environmental Safety Management after a Google search. I spoke with Dr. Lynch who was so kind and extremely knowledgeable . He spoke to me about mold in the home in a way that I clearly understood. Gave me the information and tools to research our problem and how he can help us. What a gem!
