They were actually very helpful and as a mother who was carrying her son and had many packages in the next trying to prepare for a wedding. “I use this location every 3 months and I always receive excellent customer service here. I like this location because this is where all of the other locations packages get sent out at the end of the day from. Cutoff time here is 8pm for packages to go out. The other locations are 5pm then they are sent here and leave out for the day.”

“Super convenient. Easy drop off. Rating a 4 because they are literally never open on time. I've sat in my car waiting to drop off packages many times at "opening time" only to wait at least 20 minutes for them to get there to open. Do not go at 9.”

She was working very quickly and she couldn't have been nicer so I didn't mind waiting a few minutes. “I went to the UPS store on Saturday with a bunch of returns for Amazon. I didn’t realize (completely my fault) that some of the items I could bring without packaging and others needed to be boxed up. Serra was so patient and went above and beyond to help me package my items with extra boxes they had there. It took a really long time but she saved me! I know the UPS store isnt supposed to do that, and I so appreciate the help she gave me. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! I have been coming to Valley Pack 'N' Mail for many many years. I needed a PO Box, and was having issues actually getting my mail at the PO BOX I had thru the post office. If I receive something too big, or forget to go by and the mail builds up - a human being calls me - YES _ A HUMAN BEING. I asked for their help with a big mailing project for special events, and they were ALL IN! On occasion I need to send overseas and they are so very helpful in completing the required documentation so that the package is received (I've tried on my own - and the package gets stuck at customs because I didn't provide correct paperwork - SO FRUSTRATING!) SOOO very accommodating and always helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“I absolutely love qwik pack and ship. I had been going for years. But this last visit really blew my mind. I shipped a package later to see it was the wrong address. I called just before closing, to explain what happened. The young man was quick to respond and track my package to get returned.He was able to do just that, but for the next day. The next day, sherry called informing that they had in fact received it and was ready for the right address. After completing, she sent me the label via personal. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. . Qwik, efficient and friendly. I will continue to deal with them. Great people.”

Can I help you in any way?I replied, “NO and YES”Austin then says, “Let me help make both of those answers yes.”Can I just say, that I have never met anyone with such patience, knowledge, and passion for their job? Austin made sure both of my answers were yes before I left Staples today. I was able to find the perfect office chair to fill my needs and fit perfectly for me. Not once did Austin rush me nor did he look bothered. He appeared to listen to all my needs and concerns and met each of them. Austin also offered me their 5 year warranty and the assembly package (which I purchased) I am a satisfied customer and will be visiting regularly due to this experience.
