2 times in a row my check has been missing. Every other mail piece described in the Informed Mail arrives except the check. I called and nobody has answers. The first time i reported my check missing , it appeared one week later opened.

I am always genuinely impressed with the outstanding service provided by my Riverside Local Post Office. Every visit is a pleasant experience, thanks to the incredibly friendly and efficient staff.
(Especially) Jerrica and Kita.
They go above and beyond to ensure that all my postal needs are met with a smile. The team is always courteous, patient, and willing to assist with any questions or concerns I might have. It's clear that they take pride in their work and care deeply about their customers.
I am especially grateful for how they handle busy times with such grace and efficiency, making sure that everyone is attended to promptly. It's rare to find such a dedicated and pleasant group of individuals who consistently make a positive impact on their community. Thank you to the entire team for making each visit to the post office a delightful experience!

I use Informed Delivery as I am expecting a few checks in the mail for me and my husband. Two checks from the treasury have been mailed within the last 5 days and set to be delivered but never arrived. ALL MY OTHER MAIL has been delivered in my secure mailbox EXCEPT mail from the treasury? Seems extremely suspicious and DON from the office was supposed to be calling me back and I have yet to receive any updates and now my phone calls are being ignored. My poor husband is a postal worker and busts his butt every single day for another post office to “lose” his checks. A shame.

Every time I’ve been here it’s been horrible to work with people. I had documents that needed to go out and it sat there for over a week. Today I met Jerrica ( spelling?). She was helpful and very nice. Friendly and efficient. I hope she is the start of a new trend for this office.

The people who work there have a very bad way of treating people, they should change staff and there are several times that they have not treated me well and they are very rude, I was going for a money order and he told me that because he does not want to give me a change of a 100 dollar bill he was not going to give me the money orderI recommend that you put personnel who really want to work

Absolutely horrible, from the receptionist to the delivery man and postmaster. No responsibility or accountability from them. Packages are not picked up on time or half the time they don't even show up. Take some pride in what you do people.

Whoever is delivering mail on Third street in Delanco today is terrible. Whenever that person is delivering mail he skips my home on purpose.

I don’t have an issue with my normal mailman. But whoever the back up one is insane. Last month he pulled up to my home on a Saturday and laid on the horn before even getting out of the vehicle. My front door is open however my storm door is locked. I was nine months pregnant and this man was yelling about my dog saying my door has to be shut. He was yelling at me so I had to call the Delanco police department. He keeps writing on my mail “dog at the door!” He didn’t even bother to come up to my house yesterday and today I get this package. Funny… My husband took our dog to the vet at that time yesterday but he was at the door?! And I watched him pull up yesterday while feeding my new born and watched him not even walk up to my house. Now you’re lying and refusing to deliver my mail.Also! My storm door is always locked and my dog cannot get out. Please don’t ever tell me again to keep my door shut. You don’t pay my bills or my mortgage don’t tell me how to live in my house.

Love my regular carrier, the office is a total joke though. Backup carrier wont deliver with door open because of my non-existent dog, office wont release packages that are onsite but not delivered because and I quote, "there are packages and we'd have to look at the tracking numbers to find it and we don't do that, you have to wait till the carriers sort them". I support public service people but these people seriously make me wonder why sometimes.

Everybody take the time to give negative reviews but anything positive they won’t take the time , this location are hard-working people. It was a busy day at the post office a supervisor came out and helped me. Thank you guys you guys are doing a great job.

The Riverside Post Office needs major consideration. Please note: this is not the first time this has happened. I arrived there today @ 9:22 AM, the opening time is 9 AM, and the door was locked. The door to the PO boxes was open but the door to the cashier was closed. I was the first one there but a second customer came in minutes after me. I banged on the door to the cashier and to the back area and there was chatter that they heard me but no one came to assist. Multiple customers started filing in and again no assistance was provided. Finally after continuous banging a gentleman came out from the back and was clearly irritated that were banging on the door. He was short and rude and offered no help, instead slammed the door in our face. I finally left @ 9:32 AM without ANY ASSISTANCE. This is completely unacceptable and I will never again visit the Riverside Post Office. I will go out of my way to go to a further location. My 4 year old daughter could run that place better.
