I have been going to this CVS for three and a half years, and I will not be going back. I find it HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE and DISGUSTING that they carry and stock 'adult toys' in the pharmacy, RIGHT WHERE YOU LINE UP TO PICK UP PRESCRIPTIONS... children are often in line with their parents and should not be subjected to these products...

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Unacceptable service by CVS Riverton PHARMACY employee. A barely brown haired man with glasses was helping me. I had a migraine and was trying to pickup a prescription and purchase Claritin D. My refill wasn't ready, fine. I asked for Claritin D. He asked for my ID. I rummaged in my bag to find it. Pharmacist asked if he was helping anyone, his response "I don't know, I guess, I don't know what she's doing over there" (he dramatically swung his arm over and pointed at me bent over looking for my license in my purse) I told her I was looking for my ID, she said "oh ok". He then rolled his eyes and tapped his foot loudly on the ground while I continued to look for the next 30 seconds. I was so embarrassed, I just got up and said "I will look in my car for it and come back, thank you". Absolutely disgusting the way he treats customers. I have never written a bad review or complained about a place in my life, but his terrible attitude made me feel like I had to! I also complained to CVS headquarters.

This location is the worst! There is a balding pharmacist clerk who wears glasses and maybe been working here for a few months. He has a mean attitude and I believe he is racist too. He literally always roll his eyes everytime I come in to pick up my prescription. I don't care for his tone or demeanor. He and Most of the employees here seem rude too and could benefit from customer service training. I am definitely going to transfer my prescription to my old CVS pharmacy, I only had transferred my prescription here because in 2021 it was down the street from my new home.

I just moved to this area. The pharmacy service is terrible. There is no drive thru service. Just a sign that says COVID only. But no one even comes to the window anyway so if you need COVID services you would not be helped. The drive thru is NEVER available. I have been there about 4 times and at least 3 times the drive thru was unavailable. if you are short staffed as is the case with every other company then remove the option from advertisement!!!! And the male tech is terrible. No customer service skills and he's mean. Awful just awful. There are so many bad complaints at this location, it is sad that no one cares or is doing anything to fix things. I'm going to Walgreens.

I fully understand that this particular store is swamped. I really feel for them but after today's experience I am really disheartened at the lack of compassion/empathy from the pharmacist. Without going into too much detail, I'll say this. My insurance approved the refill for my medication however the pharmacist refused to fill it until tomorrow. This is problematic because I will not be in town tomorrow. I explained this to them and their solution was to call my doctor and have them approve it. I contacted my insurance, they explained that this refill is up to the sole discretion of the pharmacist. She simply refuses to fill it. Now I have to file an official complaint, try and contact my doctor, and go out of town with no refills. I am now on hold with the corporate pharmacist to see if they can override this pharmacist's decision. It should not have to be this way at all. This, I take personally because the decision was up to her, I explained my situation and she still refuses to fill the script.

I'm aware of the issue others have have with this pharmacy, but credit where credit is due!Stopped in for my scheduled vaccination on Sunday. I was early so I did have to wait awhile. While waiting I witnessed a pharmacy that was super busy with customers but clearly understaffed. The pharmacist handled everything that she could with a calm and friendly demeanor. She was nice enough to also vaccinate my husband (unscheduled). I think CVS as a company deserves the blame for the poor service many customers get. You need good management and employee hiring/retention incentives in order to get consistently good customer service.

Absolutely barren shelves, no associates in sight. My mother called out "Hello, is any working here?". An employee finally stormed out of the back room (I guess that's where he assumed the customers were) and responded with "Calm down, lady."Garbage store. You'll have better treatment shopping at a dumpster.

Worst customer service ever!! Rude employees, they are slow, touch all over themselves and then touch your stuff, they don't greet you, they roll their eyes and shake their head when you ring the bell for service, when I asked to speak to the manager , He came to the window and said We are doing our best!! I said that's an excuse , the customer service is horrible and if that's your best it's pretty shitty service, He shrugged his shoulders and walked away!!

When the "A" team is working it's a good pharmacy. If they are not, you get the "F" team. Which could be interpreted many ways , none are good. After getting a text saying my Med was ready. It wasn't, after 2 trips and 3 HOURS, I am still waiting. I really think they are just messing with me at this point.Nothing, absolutely nothing is OK with this , both stops I was asked to wait 20 minutes. This last time has been 2 hours and I'm still waiting. I've never seen such a slow unconcerned group of employees. It's not a matter of COVID 19, which is always the blanket excuse. There are the same number of employees back in the pharmacy, all worthless. One can't type or hear, I personally now know the spelling of names and DOB of 50 people, and I'm about 25 feet away from the counter. As I sit here they are still not filling Rx's , but still asking people to wait 20 minutes. Why? My Rx should be filled first and it will take a lot more than 20 minutes. I have heard the same " canned response " to 90 percent of the people in line. I'm glad I'm moving out of this area and won't have to deal with this pharmacy or the lazy people in this State.

Like most CVS stores, the wait to get anything from the pharmacy is excruciating. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes in the store if you're coming in to pick up a prescription.
