This CVS pharmacy (pharmacy portion) sucks. We have been trying to transfer prescriptions for a long time and they never call the transferring pharmacy back. Today in the evening shift a Caucasian woman was rude about transferring prescriptions. It's unprofessional and illegal to hold someone's prescription if they are trying transfer elsewhere.

Too many empty shelves. Need to restock items more frequently. Prices are also a bit high. Staff extremely friendly & helpful.

Rachelle the Supervisor there should not be in any kind of customer service/retail environment. She is extremely rude and not willing to go one extra step to help a customer out. I had to reach out to another store’s store manager to help me and if it wasn’t for Michael who I believe works in the Pharmacy, my issue wouldn’t had been resolved. Rachelle simply said there is nothing I can do and walked away from the situation. I won’t even get into the smart comments and the aggressive demeanor. Coming from 10+ years of retail and customer service experience, her behavior will make a customer never return to a store to shop again.
If you can’t even crack a smile or just simply do your job helping out customers you should not be working in customer service.

My diabetes script was sent last week. CVS gave lots of excuses why it wasn't ready. Waiting for authorizations from the insurance company, waiting for doctor authorization, waiting for script. Days later, I called insurance company who said it was authorized a long time ago, I went to doctors office who said the same thing and then they even refaxed the script and gave me a copy. I went back to cvs and again, they tried giving me the same excuses. I told them I spoke to insurance and went to docs office and handed them the script copy. They said, we are not allowed to accept copies and then she changed story to we are understaffed and not enough time to check fax machine, (I'm thinking, for a whole week) while talking to pharmacist about what she shoud say, he could not even look me in the eye. They finally said were out of stock and would look into it agan. I said, If you can't fill my script, I'll have to go somewhere else before I have a medical emergency. I called my doctors office to send out new script to Walgreen's. A few hors later, Walgreen's had my script ready.

My local CVS and so I am admittedly partial. However, this is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to. The pharmacist are all very kind and professional and efficient. The staff are friendly, helpful, and seem happy to work there. The drive-through is quick. The integral part of Riverton and Cinnaminson communities.

Denied my dog with terrible arthritis his tramadol. They could have tried calling my vet to see if she could change the diagnosis from arthritis to acute pain. I dont know...They could have tried anything other than what the pharmacist does. The pharamist tells me they can't fill it because "the studies show tramadol doesn't work in dogs with arthritis so cvs won't fill it." His exact wording. I was floored. They didn't bother calling my vet that wrote the script. Just left me standing there. My dog was in the car waiting for his medication. I kept my cool. However, I was tearing up because my poor dog is in the car waiting for relief. I ask for my script back and take myself to rite aide. They filled it with no problem. Thanks CVS in Riverton. My dog will get some much needed relief thanks to Rite Aide. I can't believe my dog was denied pain medication because of some "study" . Thank God for Rite Aide in Cinnominson.

Worst store ever. The pharmacy staff are always rude! Maybe corporate needs to send some help.
