I really wanted this place to be good. It's right by my house and decided trying a new place closer to home would be awesome (if it worked!) and sadly, it didn't. My friend and I made an appointment for two dip manicures and when we got there, there were only 2 women working and there was already another customer in the store. I had to wait 45 mins for my friend to be done getting hers done for them to move onto me. My friend asked for pink nails and they were completely clear. I asked for dark pink nails with little XO details for Valentine's Day. You can see from the photos that they came out terribly. She cut and filed my nails so short that they hurt. The design is smeared and I came home with polish all over my skin. The manicures also costed $50 which is insanely overpriced for how bad they were. It took 2 hours for us to get our manicures and they look like a 10 year old did them. I will not be returning and will be going to get them redone somewhere else. Also just to note, they don't have example plastic nails to pick your color, so you blindly have to pick based on the color of the powder (for dip) which is completely different.

I wanted to like this place so bad based off the recent reviews. I went in for a manicure (which is $14 btw since there's so prices anywhere). The place was empty and hot (no AC running).I asked for a half moon design, they said no they couldn't do it. I asked for a simple starburst design, again nope, can't do it. Ok, fine I appreciate you telling me before trying and it not working out. I asked for almond shaped nails and they gave me square - all of which are uneven. They only cut the cuticle on a few nails (all of them needed it). I dried the nails for 15 minutes, and they still chipped off within 24 hrs - some the day of.Would 100% NOT recommend a manicure from here. Maybe their other services are better, and the women are definitely nice.The worst part, I also saw the woman simply running the tools under water (that were used to cut my cuticle!) and that's return them to her station. I have gotten infected nails from places that do not sterilize their tools properly, and this alone makes me not want to return.

My home away from home the new staff is so awesome the place looks amazing new floors look great nail polish display is flawless couldn't ask for a better small town convenient nail salon just 5 minutes from my house love this placeAnd they have the cutest homemade soy candles at the checkout counter and over by the pedicure chairs made by a single mom and her daughter in town they have dried flowers in them too so cute love this nail place

i live in Palmyra and ive been bringing my girlfriend here for the past 5 years for the old management (They will be missed Great People) and The New Management. The new management focuses on Professionalism and Quality. And they have great Service & there Wonderful people.

This is the BEST manicure I have received in years! The store is clean and spacious with COVID shields installed where you get your nails done. There are no bubbles at all and the polish goes right to the edge of my nail. The woman who took care of me was very kind and cleaned all her tools as she worked. She really took her time and even asked me if the nail length and if the white tip was to my liking. I highly recommend this establishment the people there truly care about their customers. I will definitely be going back again.

Loved the service that came with everything that I asked for, Being in a pandemic the service was good and also very clean. Management was very professional and very hands on walking though the door . Defiantly will keep coming back !

They are the sweetest ever my new favorite nail salon! They are understanding and made my day and just overall felt very welcomed. I even got a free back massage! And the lady who did my nails is amazing ~ I will be coming back :)
