The guy took a car that came after me first, then proceeded to charge my card twice what I asked. I’m broke and that really screwed me. Not sure how it was possible to mishear what I said that badly.

The ONLY real complaint I have is they need to open up more lanes more pumps. There is always a line waiting. Out of 4 lanes about 14 pumps there's usually only 1-2 lanes open.

You pay for a membership to save money but the one in Dover Delaware their prices are a high or higher than many of the gas stations around. This is something new that has just started in the last few months but a lot of people don't go there for gas anymore for this reason. There are three gas stations within 3 Mi that are much cheaper 20 to 40cents cheaper and most of the others are similar in price.

Staff members are always friendly and polite. Cheapest gas around and you don't need a members card like BJ'sUPDATE new rules of need for membership, not a problem because Sam's prices are a lot better than the average grocery store.

I don't know what additives they use, if any? But from what I understand that's what makes the difference in price. They probably don't put any additives in making it cheaper and less expensive. Is that what you want to fill your tank with, cheap gas? Maybe it's ok once in a while, but certainly not on a regular basis. You get what you pay for or you're getting ripped off. But how do you know which it is, probably both?

The attendant was extremely rude to me when my phone app wasn’t loading due to poor service. It finally loaded and he wanted to take my phone to check it. I didn’t feel comfortable giving him my phone so i asked him if i could just leave. He freaked out on me wouldn’t close my gas cap. I went into sam’s right after. was very pleasant. The gas station attendants are so rude.

I don't shop at Sam's too often now that our kids are grown and we no longer need to buy in bulk but let me tell you about their custom bakery cakes!! I am picky about cakes and always went to the expensive store in Voorhees (let's just call them S.E.). But their prices have gotten so astronomical that I decided to go to Sam's for a cake for my granddaughters birthday, because let's face it, times are tough for everyone right now. The cake selections are adorable, affordably priced, and the part I was most shocked about, was delicious! Their vanilla cake tasted like vanilla cookies and was so good! The frosting was delicious too. I also got cupcakes which were inexpensive too!!! I'm hosting a baby shower soon and I'll be getting my next cake and cupcakes from Sam's too!
