The pharmacy staff at this location is simply stellar. The folks who work there are always personable, patient, and professional, even when they are busy. I consider myself very lucky to get my prescriptions filled here!

The CVS in Robbinsville, has excellent and friendly customer service. Shelves have been fully stocked this year (2024) adequately. I highly recommend shopping there.

I must say, 2 weeks back I was extremely annoyed with this place. My Dr pushed my script renewals from his office to CVS and I was able to get 1 but not the other. They said they never received it yet the Drs office stated they had the confirmation that CVS did indeed receive it. They sent it again and I was able to get it. So today I finally go to pick up the script. Girl at the window said "$395 please". I almost fainted, last time I got this it was $150. So Sean, the main guy there hears this and suggests I go to the website of the script manufacturer and get a coupon. I wasn't nuts about that idea because I was there. He said "is there anyone behind you??" I said no. Sean took out his phone and in 5 minutes with about 3 questions PRESTO, the script was now $10. He is a miracle worker and I told him that.

This place is a joke. My son was rushed to the hospital. When we got home, we needed prescriptions filled. I waited in line for 15 minutes. When I handed them the scripts, the child at the register said, "Monday..." It is currently Friday. When I said my sick child needed the meds and he couldn't wait three days for them, she said, "We're really busy..." I asked how they couldn't fill a script for a sick four-year-old in less than three days. The head pharmacist, without looking up from the counter mumbled, "Try the 24-hour CVS." Great place. I walked across the parking lot to Walgreens and handed them the script. They had the script ready in 15 minutes.

Rude staff. Lousy customer service. Self-check not advancing. Followed “Full Service Register” sign to pharmacy register. Waited on line. No one behind me. Told I could not be rung up unless I was picking up meds , too. Said SHE was too busy. THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND ME. Will not be shopping at CVS again. In the amount of time she took to ignore/aggravate me. She COULD have rung me up my ONE item. Terrible service.

Even though it's kind of challenging to write a review about a chain store, for assortment, the interior layout, etc. are usually the same all across the country.However, I was pleasantly surprised while stopping by CVS on Route 33 in Robbinsville for my Moderna Covid-19 vaccine. The staff is amazingly polite; each and every store associate greets you with a smile, even when you are merely passing by.The pharmacy employees are very efficient and friendly. I was in and out in no time.ATTENTION: If you schedule your flu or Covid vaccine at CVS online, make sure you go to the right one. On Route 33, within a stretch of 3 miles or less, there are 3 CVS stores, one across from Applebee's, one by Wendy's, and one located after the Golden Crest Corporate Center.Two spacious parking areas and a nice interior decor made my experience very positive.

The CVS on Rte 33 in Robbinsville is my favorite CVS. Everything is easy to find and the staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful. If they don't have an item on the shelf, just ask on of the sales people, and they will get it for you in the back. Its a happy place to shop.

The CVS in Robbinsville is THE BEST pharmacy I have encountered since the old days, at Bigelow Pharmacy (in Chicago), where our pharmacist was also a family friend. And, although the world has certainly changed, I find the pharmacist who runs this location’s pharmacy — Sean — to be a refreshing ray of hope in a world where people are not always their best selves, even at work (and especially when under pressure). Everybody has “their moments”. The fact that Sean is so very competent, and hard-working - and yet still manages to be helpful, professional, and POLITE - is a huge relief. I wouldn’t use any other pharmacy, unless he leaves and it goes downhill. Whatever they are are paying this guy, he deserves more.As a side note, I’ve had good experiences with the other pharmacist here, too. I’m sorry I don’t know his name, as I speak more with Sean. Sean does stand out, though, and that’s why I am taking the time to write this review, and to acknowledge him. There are also a few good Pharmacy Techs there (at least at the time of this post).They are very busy. So if you call, expect that there may likely be a wait. Please be patient. If I can be patience, ANYBODY can..

Updated , finally got resolution. It wasnt all CVS fault. They do try its just sometimes you have to push back. I understand they are doing their job, sometimes common sense should prevail. Overall we've used this location for over 20 years, with very little problems. They are a good pharmacy overall.

The pharmacist, Sean, is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Picking up my prescriptions is always a delight because I know I'll be warmly greeted, and can ask any questions, and know Sean will always go above and beyond to help answer my questions. He's even helped me find coupons for my prescriptions before! I never want to go anywhere else.Also, their candy selection is top notch.
