This CVS Pharmacy is QUITE BAD in Customer Service. Is a Disservice to the community to have this Location(May be short of Human Resources not sure). Many occasions when you go for a prescription the delay is two days or you are referred to another CVS branch. Realizing this, my Dr Dentist took up the task of leaving Voicemail making a request for quite common medications - antibiotics and pain reliever before Tooth extraction so I can pick it up. With Dr’s presence of mind she gave me in writing as well which is what helped me. On reaching the Pharmacy, the demeanor and as well the answer given that they have not even attempted to hear the Voicemail was quite an experience. So I turned to Walgreens in the vicinity. I will never attempt hereafter to this location.

Please train other associates in other locations so that they can be as warm and accommodating as this location. I called 2 locations from my town in Marlton NJ and they weren't really willing to go above and beyond. Sean at this location was amazing I was able to get the asthma medication that I needed. He delivered service with a smile.

I had an extremely urgent prescription that needed to be filled and the pharmacy team went above and beyond to help me out and after I thought it would take hours, I was able to fill it in 10 mins which really helped me out. Can’t express how thankful I am to them!

So the pharmacy is usually packed, confused and overwhelmed. Sean is a godsend to this busy CVS. i came with my mom for flu shots, wrong CVS. He spend 10 minutes fixing everything to make it happen in his store even though it was my fault. He explains everything and is right there available if you have a question..... he works so hard to help clients. When I see him behind counter I have full service and feel like I am in good hands. He manages his staff with respect

I see saw the review by Ve R. from 3 years ago with complaints about the pharmacy and was in shock. Ever since they got a new manager Sean G. This place is awesome. Great service, friendly reminder calls, special ordering meds before hand for regular customers. Completely kicked Walgreens with all the drama, bs, insane power trips by pharmacists "illegally practice medicine with out a license" by asking to see x-ray and MRI reports to see if "I really need" the same pain meds I've been getting from the same doctor same everything for 5 years. Treated like a junkie by Walgreens every month. Here at CVS, IM A PERSON!!!
