NorthStar VETS
315 Robbinsville Allentown Rd, RobbinsvilleI cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tsun. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly patient, kind, and deeply empathetic. She truly listened to my concerns, validated them, and never once brushed anything off. Dr. Tsun took the time to thoroughly explain each diagnostic test like why it was being done and how it would help bring us closer to an answer which made an overwhelming situation feel more manageable and informed.
Sadly, my sweet cat was diagnosed with end-stage cancer, but Dr. Tsun handled the entire process with such compassion and grace. She made an incredibly painful experience as gentle and painless as possible, always checking in to make sure my cat was comfortable and doing okay. Her care extended not just to my pet, but to me as well, and that meant more than I can put into words.
I am so grateful for Dr. Tsun’s expertise, honesty, and kindness, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate emergency veterinary care.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Papa's Tomato Pies
19 Main St, Robbinsville8/23/25 - Pre-gaming took place at a restaurant called Papa's Tomato Pies in Robbinsville, NJ. They market the place as the oldest tomato pie restaurant in the country as it was opened in 1912. Just to remind you, a tomato pie is basically a pizza with cheese on the bottom and sauce on top. This pie is nothing short of amazing. It is in the conversation of the best pizza I have ever eaten. Ever. There's no bad things to report here so on to the good: The sauce is the best I ever tasted. Sorry Mom. It is the star of the show. The words "I want to bath in this sauce" may have come out of my mouth. The pies are what they refer to as thin crust. Those are not normally my favorite but the sauce and cheese are so savory, that they could put it on a cracker and I'd still order it. The crust is crunchy, chewy and baked to perfection. There's not even a hint of dryness. And surprisingly, for a thin pie, it is not limp at all. The cheese is 100% premium whole milk mozzarella. You will taste the difference. There was no wait time at all... we were seated immediately upon arrival. The staff is friendly, attentive and not overbearing. And after some of my recent restaurant visits that were subpar, this turned out to be exactly the pie I have been seeking. Perfection. Overall Rating: A+

De Lorenzo's Tomato Pies
2350 NJ-33, Robbinsville6/28/25 - No baseball this weekend as a lot of the places I wanted to hit had really poor weather forecasts. So we tried a New Jersey pizza institution in Robbinsville.... DeLorenzo's. And before you guys jump me--- yes I know it's called tomato pie and not pizza. For the folks that dont know: Pizza is dough, then sauce and then cheese. Tomato pie is dough, then cheese and then sauce. DeLorenzo's specializes in thin crust tomato pies. We stuck with plain and for the second pie we got pepperoni and basil. The crust has a nice char and is very flavorful and super crispy. Truth be told, some of the pies I saw coming out of the kitchen are works of art. And as they bring them out, you can see steam coming off of them throughout the restaurant. This is definitely a place to sit down and eat. Do take out another night. I had heard about long lines here but I didn't experience that. We walked in at 6pm on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. Although I preferred the New Haven pizza places more, this is a great place to get a great pie for New Jersey residents. The crust is great and the cheese is tasty but the sauce is the real star here.....bursting with flavor and in perfect proportion. Take your wife and kids.... you wont be disappointed. Overall Rating: A
