seeing so many negative reviews for this pharmacy, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the staff for what they actually do.

Pharmacy teams are managing an incredible amount behind the scenes—filling prescriptions accurately, dealing with insurance issues, communicating with doctors’ offices, searching for discounts and alternatives, answering constant questions, and helping patients who are often stressed or not feeling well.

And they’re doing all of this while spending hours on their feet and working in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are absolutely critical.

I’ve personally seen the staff here continue to be helpful, professional, and patient despite how demanding the job can be. I think it’s easy as a customer to see a wait time or an insurance issue and assume the pharmacy staff is responsible, when many of those problems are completely outside their control.

Pharmacy staff deserve patience and appreciation. They’re doing an important job, and a little understanding can go a long way.

I believe the girl who rang me up was named Bhakti but she took the extra time to figure out how to get it applied and saved me a lot of money. Much appreciated, great job!
