“Made an online reservation for a truck, which was good because it was a popular day for moving and no trucks were left for walk-ins. Everything was fine and as expected with the truck, it did its job. We were able to grab a mattress cover bag too while there which we needed. Parking here is a little tight, no distinction between where cars park to pick up and where trucks park, running out of spots, but it's kinda inner city so I guess you work with the room you have”

I had an emergency with my property and had to delay the pick up by a few hours and they didn't charge me one cent extra! “We were shopping for a storage facility close to home. We checked two other facilities less than a mile from this facility all on Quakerbridge Rd. Hamilton. The manager here, Jason was very courteous, friendly and fully knowledgeable of the facility operations. He was very clear about the business end of the rental process and offered the best value of the three storage facilities for the same sized unit. He showed us the unit we would be renting and instructed us on the overhead door and lock operation (we purchased a new lock on-site). Also, this facilities’ access hours were the best of the three. By far, Life Storage and Jason were the ‘go to’ storage rental facility.”
