The nurse Carla came today for a full 8 minutes from walking to my door to leaving. She helpfully told me to call my doctor if I had issues with my chemo or wanted medical advice

Everyone was fabulous Annette Jamie Joan Janice and other ladies in the office were always responsive when i called or texted them. Jamie spoke to my doctor when the wound vac wouldn’t work. I would recommend them always. In fact they are still available to me for any questions.

They took the best care of my mom. From the nurse to the physical therapist. They worked with her till she reached her goal and she was excited to see them. Unfortunately due to Medicare guidelines the services aren't long enough but that's not their fault. The aide provided was very helpful as well. We actually hired her to come back to continuing helping for a few hours each week. Definitely recommend this home health agency.

ZERO stars is more like it!! Stay AWAY from these people, even if the "Case Manager" at a HOSPITAL, "Steers" you their way! Can you say "kickbacks?" I thought you could! The GM here is bad news, and has NO problem covering up things, like the ASSAULT of elderly people by HOSPITAL WORKERS!

I have several complaints about this company. They don't properly train their aides and we are stuck with an aide who does next to nothing all day. We gave him a checklist and even showed him how to do things but he never seems to take the initiative to do work and even finds reasons why he didn't do something on the list. He doesn't take social cues well and we cannot figure out if he's just simple-minded or just lazy.
