“Recently bought my first bike in about 25 years, called the store and they went the extra mile to get the model and color I wanted, next day, ready to go. Luis went over many important details for me as a newbie and was extremely helpful. Even though they are rather far from me, I'm happy to make the extra trip any time I can and service my bike with them after my purchase experience.”

“Purchased a rim online early morning and admittedly was in a rush to pick it up. Shorty after opening, I called to ensure the rim was in stock and would be ready for pickup. Despite a busy morning, George picked up the phone and confirmed the item was in stock and would be ready by the time I got there. Great customer service despite me being a pain to check on an item i recently purchased.”

“Great service and advice for a recent Fuji hybrid bicycle purchase. Chris answered every question, and is a fun to chat with talking about local issues and broader world. Not a bad bone in his body - don't understand all the haters with nothing better to do. Get a life! Chris has repaired my bikea for years too. Highly highly recommend!”

“I needed an urgent repair on my bike and couldn’t find a shop in the area that would be open around my availability hours or would take my bike. I was hoping it would be a quick repair that turned into a massive job. The guys took their time to find an issue (turned out there was a hole in the brake cable) and made sure my bike was functioning properly before allowing me to bring it home. Funny thing is I had my bike fully serviced less than a month ago at a well known bike shop and they weren’t able to spot an issue. The staff was super nice to me and I appreciate their help!”

“See the mixed reviews here, my experience has been great, no complaints - respectful, fast, high quality, and responsive. Will is responsive to the hundreds of questions I have in person or over text (even when I am asking for products and recommendations on purchases I am making individually). Recommendations are informed, and based on my needs, often leading to the cheaper options when better suited. Attentive to needs and accommodating of my more urgent requests prior to races. Service is technically of high quality. Would definitely recommend, especially if looking for more technical and custom services.”
