Every time I need to visit the bank at this location I know I’m going to get the best service possible. The service provided by the employees is excellent. I’m able to get my business done in record time. The employees are very nice, respectful and very professional. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. Each employee makes the customer feel welcome and appreciated.

The staff is so professional. They're so friendly and knowledgeable. My visits are also very short because the are accurate and quick with my transactions.

“I opened a checking account with this bank so I could get my mortgage with them. I’m so glad I did! I got a great rate because I went directly to the bank with no middle lending company. The bank manager was especially helpful with the process. Their mortgage people are very helpful, too. I use their online checking on the app, too. Works great.”

Absolutely terrible experience with this bank. They have been super aggressive trying to bring on new customers and businesses, which I totally respect. They had some great offers which made it worth investigating. Especially considering they have had reps visit my business multiple times to discuss. Anyway, I put in an inquiry on their website. No answer. A few days go by I call in and spend about 30 minutes getting bounced around only to be told the person (I guess only one person in the entire company can deal with banking) who can help with that, is too busy today and they will contact me tomorrow. That person does contact me a week later, only to tell me they will direct me to the right person. Who has never contacted me, ever. Don't use Blue Foundry if you plan on getting anything done. 3 weeks just to get a real person. Glad I did not move my banking here for my business.
