If i can give 0 stars I would. They picked up my furniture on may 29, 2021 and it wasn't delivered until June 26, 2021. Not only did they take a month to deliver my furniture, it came back damaged, lost or broken. My couch was not wrapped to keep it from get dirty the back was ripped open. One of my flat screen tv's was smashed. They "misplaced" my queen sized mattress and 5 of my boxes which had all of children's clothing, blankets, sheets, stuffed animals and books in it. My shoes and sneakers were in one of the boxes that was"misplaced" as well. I will be putting in a claim and filing a police report for my stolen items. I tried contacting the driver, he is the nastiest person I ever met. No customer service skills. Yells at the customers. Worst experience ever. Don't ever hire this company, EVER

We hired them to move us from new york to Indiana and the move was a disaster. Our stuff was broken, 3 days late, and we even had to pay extra for it. There was also stuff in the truck that wasn't ours and the movers asked us if we wanted to keep it! It was a playpen and some toys so I know it belonged to a kid somewhere!!

Worst experience ever. I needed to move a small 2 bedroom house to an apartment. The move was about 15 miles. I have an expensive piano and I asked them if they were experienced in moving pianos. They informed me that it would not be a problem. On the day of the move I told them the piano was the most important item and needed to be treated with extra care. They said no problem. They only used one strap in the truck and when they took a turn the piano broke through the straps and landed on my studio desk obliterating it. The piano suffered extensive damage including a cracked sound board (devaluing it in the worst way). They fall also smashed a huge mirror that was attached to bedroom furniture. They told me we were only going 15 miles so I didn't need to get the expensive insurance and to just sign off on the cheaper insurance.I didn't flip out on the movers.. I truly don't believe that they wanted that to happen.. in fact I tipped the 3 of them.. 20%. All I asked them was to make sure they reported this and helped get my piano fixed. It was nearly impossible to get any type of response from the moving company and they didn't even refund me the extra money I paid for the piano move. They referred me to a BS website where I would get virtually nothing back AND they would take the piano because it was considered a "loss". They told me the studio desk would not be covered because it was made of particle board.. I said "it would have been fine if you HADN'T DROPPED A PIANO ON IT".The reviews of the terrible company are accurate. They are a terribly company who will take your money and run.

I used them for ah long distance move & all my furnitures I received broken to pieces , I tried going though the claims process which is amazingly unreasonable because they require 1) u keep all broken items 2) the weight of everything 3) u have to submit to Miami jurisdiction 4) no correspondence ( must print all photos 5) small time frame 6) I paid 7k + and to end it all no one is responding to my ordeal its just a NIGHTMARE.

Awesome mover!!! I paid exactly what they quoted, they pick up the phone when called, showed up on time, very professional, and they did a great job. Also, they were much cheaper than several other places I called. Great job guys! Strongly recommend!

This joke of a company took me for THOUSANDS of dollars on top of my initial quote! On top of that, they broke nearly everything marked FRAGILE, including my wedding China (which they were instructed NOT to take!)! Box after crushed box I sifted through what was left of my belongings. My t.v. is missing and I know that I'll never see it again! This company is a rip off and they are thieves! My next letter is to the BBB. Yours should be as well!

am waiting for my delivery of furniture which was supposed to be delivered on June 9th with a window of 14 business days. It's really late and I am about to lose my vacation deposit due to their truck issues. I don't understand a moving company that does not have a backup truck or plan B. I have called and the service department (Lee) has been nice but gives me the same response. He keeps saying that he needs to contact the owner. I feel like I am being scammed. They also stated that I need to pay in cash the full amount when delivered and then file a claim for the penalty for the delay. I am hoping I hear from this company real soon!7/24/2015Horrible. Broken China, furniture, lamps and missing furniture. My cherished memories. I am so upset and speechless. I have pictures of everything. They will probably try to find some legal loophole to get out of the inexcusable sloppiness of the way they run their company. And to think I gave the loaders a generous tip because I thought they cared. Consumer beware!

I used this company for a long-distance move. They get you to secure their company with great salesmen. I spoke with a salesman named Todd. He was very friendly and accommodating. He even gave me three numbers at which to reach him – company, direct line, and cell phone. I felt like I was in great hands. I paid the $200 deposit to secure the move dates. I was told the movers would secure a delivery date with me when they picked me up (since I had to secure the elevator in advance at my new apartment building). The day of the move – The window in which the movers were supposed to arrive was 2-4pm on a Friday. They arrived at 7:30pm. They tried to charge us extra for everything. They complained that we didn’t save them a parking spot for their 50 ft moving truck (which I was told they would not drive into Brooklyn, since the streets are so narrow). I reminded them that this was Brooklyn – and they would never find parking for a 50 ft trailer. Even if I wanted to save them a spot, they were three and a half hours late. They tried to charge us for a long-carry (they wanted to park several blocks away and have us pay extra). I told them to double park just like every other moving company does. I had to tell them this several times – because they kept trying to charge me extra. They ended up charging us 50% more than our quote – even though we only went over the quoted items by 9 boxes, a guitar, a small garbage can and a mirror. I don’t think that required an extra $900. They also tried to write that we had extra “bulky” items that were included in the quote. When I tried to go over the list with the mover – he said, “I didn’t want to go through all that.” Then – they would not schedule a delivery date with me. I was told I had to call the moving service to schedule the date (even though they told me to schedule it with the movers at pick-up). Again – this was a Friday night, now 10:30pm. I felt trapped. It was late on Friday – I could not call the company for help – so I had to pay 50% more, because they now had everything I owned on their truck.I called the moving company multiple times on Saturday. I left messages with customer service, dispatch and with Todd (the salesman who gave me three contact numbers). I never reached anyone at the company or had a phone call returned.Sunday morning at 7:45am I received a call from the moving truck – they wanted to deliver my items that afternoon. They arrived at 3pm, and again, tried to charge us extra for a long-carry. Even though we were in an elevator building, and they were parked at the entrance by the elevator. I refused – since I had discussed this situation with the moving company in advance, and was assured I would not have to pay extra. The mover told me he wanted the extra charge and would call his manager. I told him to go ahead. They dropped an antique stand and chipped the side. The young mover who dropped it laughed and did not apologize.I have used professional moving services 4 times in the past 4 years. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I called several times over the next few weeks to speak with customer service about my experience. They told me they would try to reimburse me for my troubles – I have not been able to get in touch with them since.TLDR – Worst moving experience of my life. Horrible customer service once you pay them their deposit. Do not trust the quote you get over the phone, they will mark you up a large percentage (mine was 50% more than quoted). I would not use this company again.

I talked to approximately 10 different moving companies before deciding to go with Certified Relocations. I choose them because the sales representative (Todd Saunders) truly seamed to care about me and my move, he gave me his cell phone, direct dial number and main office number letting me know if I have any issues he would be there for me. He also promised that my belongings would arrive at there destination on a certain day. As the date of my move approached I called Todd a couple of times to try and determine the time the movers would come and collect my belongings, I never heard back from him. The office eventually called (the evening before they were scheduled to pick up my belongings) to let me know when they were arriving. I had no problems with the crew the loaded my belongings, however, the foreman of the crew asked me why I requested him specifically. I responded that I hadn't, he then informed me that he was scheduled to be off that day but was convinced to work because I had requested him personally. What kind of company lies to their employees like that? A week later when I am approaching my new home I get in contact with the driver of the truck. It was my understanding, on Todd's word, that my belongings would arrive the following day. I was informed at that point that it would be another 4 days until they delivered my belongings. I called Todd right away because he ensured me he would "be there for me". He didn't answer any of his phones. I called customer service to discuss the problem and was informed that they are in keeping with their delivery policy. If that is there policy I understand, what I don't understand is why Todd lied to me saying that I would have my belongings on the date I requested them. I then asked to speak with a Manager to let him know that I was unhappy with their customer service. This was a Friday afternoon around 3, the manager had left for the day and I was told he would give me a call on Monday. I never heard back from Todd or his Manager. In the end I received all my belongings with minimal breakage and I was really happy with the workers who both picked up and dropped off belongings, which is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars. What I learned from my experience is that their sales people will tell you everything you want to hear and not deliver on their promises. I was flat out lied to. Do no use this company there are many other moving companies out there that will take care of your belongings but not put you through the customer relations nightmare that I had to go through.

Certified Relocations was very friendly, helpful, and efficient.I had a last minute weekend move from a cottage that was up nearly a hundred and forty stairs. A team of three men came at 8 am on Sunday morning (they said they would be there between 8-10 am) and hauled everything out without a scratch. They were very fast at boxing up a few odds and ends that I had left about, and even tightened loose screws on furniture when setting up at the new place. This was only the second time I have ever hired movers, but I think that the price was reasonable and the work was done professionally. I would highly recommend them.

Thanks to my friend who recommended Certified Relocation, I picked them to help with my move yesterday. I've moved houses before and by far, Certified is THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I've ever dealt with! They are incredibly prompt, fast, courteous, neat, professional and CAREFUL. Everything you could ask from a moving company. The foreman they sent to my house was amazing. They also sent 3 other guys and they finished everything so quickly (I moved into a 3,000 sf house!) that the price came in UNDER BUDGET! It's hard to find any company, let alone a moving company, that's this good and honest! Another word of advice ... DO NOT go with the cheapest company ... you will be sorry. They always tack on lots of fees to bring their price back up. These guys were very upfront about any additional charges (gas charge, etc.) so I knew exactly what I was paying ahead of time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CERTIFIED RELOCATION!

HANG UP THE PHONE and call another moving company! I wouldn't wish the experience I had with Certified Relocations on anyone, except maybe the boss over there, Ofir Morlevi! What a total bait and switch. This move was such a cliche litany of fudge-ups that I'm not sure where to begin. So here it is:- Showed up 6.5 hours late, in a rented Penske truck. Right now, I wish we had turned them away on the spot.- Was told that they don't take my credit card -- even though I used it to pay the deposit. The foreman put me on the phone with the big boss, Ofir Morlevi, who insisted that they simply "don't" accept that card -- when they already had. Even when I told him that I asked the salesman if I could pay by card, he refused to honor that, or anything else I was told. Of course I wasn't allowed to speak to the salesman and no one answered the line at the office from that point on.- Contrary to what the salesman sold me, the insurance level I wanted was more than what we had agreed. A lot more.- I asked that the movers pack my china and crystal, the only valuable things I have. They didn't bring any dishapacks, just regular boxes -- and I had called and spoken to someone in customer service to ask specifically about that. And they ran out of newsprint before they were halfway through! And left half my dishes on the floor of the apartment.- One of the movers dropped my husband's guitar case on the stairs -- and LAUGHED ABOUT IT.- The same mover dropped my bedroom dresser and broke a piece off of it. He insisted he could just push it back into place.- It took the moving company a half hour longer to get to the destination than it did me. They said they took a well-deserved break. I don't disagree. What I do disagree with is their insistence that I pay for that time in the hourly rate. But here's the kicker: They insisted we pay for TWICE AS MANY HOURS as it actually took. The foreman, Jose, was a complete jerk, the worst customer-facing person I've seen outside the DMV. We arrived at the destination in less than 5.5 hours, even including their break, but he insisted we pay for 11 hours worth, saying it would take them that long to unload and travel back to their destination. Of course it took less than an hour for them to unload, even with arguing time included. We tried to reason to no avail, and he started slamming our items back into the truck. I watched him take a giant chip out of the tabletop surface of a butcher's block we got as a wedding gift, and put a huge scrape down the front of our wood bookcase. Many boxes were crushed, and we saw that inside the truck they put boxes that said "books" on top of boxes marked "FRAGILE", etc.We finally agreed to pay double the estimate, which was actually pretty accurate. On their way out, they backed the truck into my car and dented the hood. And drove right on out.I would have gladly paid 3x what they charged us to work with good, trustworthy people. As it is, I'm looking into what recourse I have to get our money back.

Exceptional service, Certified Relocation, this team has been exceptionally responsive to in all aspects of vetting movers and planning they day-of move. They learned that our planned move is for a non-profit organization; I cannot thank them enough, or recommend them more. Thank you!
