It was an amazing experience. Jimmy is a great employee there.”

“This is the only Apple store in the country that is open 24/7! And it's crazy busy! The place is huge and has a dramatic entrance (a circular staircase leads you down to the store) and there are employees everywhere including at the bottom of the staircase to help move people along.We were only there to check out the iPhone chargers for our daughter. I was pointed in the right direction where another employee was situated to help customers find what they needed. He was very patient as my husband asked questions not even related to chargers while other customers waited to be helped. For such a busy place, it was a pleasant experience!”

For this they ask for the computer model and other data (if they opened the laptop and could see the component data, that may help). It should not happen that they buy a part that is not compatible.The shipment arrived on time, and once the part was brought to me, the technician was able to implement it without any problem.Super recommended”

“This was my first time using Rent-A-Center because I had relatives who were coming for the holidays and my ordered furniture wasn't going to arrive in time. I came to the Bloomfield Rent-A-Center and it exceeded my expectations. Not only are their prices reasonable but the service was exceptional. Courtney was courteous and accommodating. He saw to it that our furniture was delivered on time and when one piece of furniture was no longer needed he had no issues with refunding our money. The guys who brought the remaining furniture were just as nice and professional. They even removed and replaced a couple door handles from a door that interfered with getting the couch in. I certainly plan on using this place again for future rentals.”

“I need to leave an excellent review for the apple specialists, Yuri and Edward. Me and my husband went the other day with the simple task to swap our phones from 13pro max to 15pro max.. pretty easy right? We got there at 2 pm and the process was done in matter of minutes (with Yuri) but then we got to the point that says "Verizon line activation" and that took forever bcs Verizon is an horrible company with even worst customer service, it literally took till 7.30 pm at night to get my phone activated, bcs the Verizon agent (on the phone with Yuri for 4hrs) was too stupid and incompetent to understand how to activate my line on the "apple end". Edward came and did it manually and we could finally leave the store with both our new phones. My husband also had a "i cloud not backed up" situation but Edward went all the way to the moon to fix that.. I gotta say.. Madison Avenue got the best apple team. Very patient, professional, funny and prepared to resolve every issue.. I need to buy my new laptop next and I'll definitely ask for Yuri or Edward, when I'm in the store. Thank you guys!!!”

“Needed our Iphone batteries changed in 3/2019 and had it done in Nanuet, NY and it was a great experience. Picked a different location for this battery change.Made appointment on line for 11/27. Showed up, checked in and then passed to next employee. The employee we had most dealings with was Jamie and he was very cheerful and pleasant. He did mention a phone upgrade but was not pushy. We went through all the diagnostics and signed all the waivers. Went off for a few hours and met with three more people before getting our phones and paying. The store has a very dynamic vibe and was very busy at 10:10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Highly recommend going to Apple Store for any needs. I could have gone to a closer Best Buy but after calling and getting a foreign sounding woman that just wanted my phone number and then email address and thought there was no way I would trust my phone with anyone but Apple Store.”
