I used to go to this CVS for all my prescriptions, but for the last few years the pharmacy department has been going straight downhill. The store itself isn't bad, I can usually find what I need, but sometimes they don't restock certain items often enough. Their photo area is ok, but it seems like they've been waiting for an outside contractor to fix the photo kiosks for a long time now. I had two pictures I needed printing, but couldn't use my USB drive because all three kiosks were out of order. Luckily for me, I had the photos on my phone, so I had to download the app, and then go through the whole sign up process, upload my pics to the app, send them to the store, and then finally stand around while I waited for the pictures to get to the store's photo computer and print them out.
Finally, the pharmacy. My doctor's office sent my prescription to them, and even though I never received a notification it was ready for pickup, I was going past the store the next day, so I went in and asked them about the prescription. They said they never received anything. The doctor's office sent me proof it was sent to them. The pharmacist tech said to have the doctor call the prescription in because the electronic system they have doesn't work that well. Instead, I had the doctor's office send it to Optum Rx and I got my prescription mailed to me two days later. I think I'll just stay with Optum for my prescriptions from now on and Amazon for everything else. It's a real shame.

I'm so thankful for Vivi and Britney. They both have such wonderful customer service. Both are ALWAYS willing. Majorly thankful for all their help.

This is my main cvs, they hired a new person, he helped me alot. He was super nice very polite. Explained how the photo trasfer worked for my phone. He was attending to other customers as he was helping me. (Talk about multi tasking) CVS is lucky to have this gentleman. His name is Amit. Please go see him for your self.

The old lady in the back is as a dog blowing her nose and was touching everything with her dirty hands and tissues it was disgusting and the head pharmacist laughed it off like it was nothing that's just disgusting and unprofessional right there who knows how many meds she's contaminating right now and how many people she's gonna get sick as well

Terrible, they book appointments for services you find out they don’t offer when you get there, don’t refund the charge and just send you away DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

The store is super organized and well stocked. Every time I go in there to shop I'm always able to find exactly what I need. The customer service is always A1 as well, which makes my visit very pleasant

If I could put zero stars I would . 110% do not recommend going there. The ENTIRE pharmacy staff should get FIRED, they are unprofessional, rude & unorganized! Vivian should find another profession and get a hobby to burn off all of the unnecessary rude energy she gives patients when they are just trying to fill their prescription! & her colleagues should not engage in immature activity such as talking about patients in front of them when they are in need of simple help or clarification on a medication. Maya has a rude approach when helping people out and pushes them off with no explanation causing such havoc as if she can not be bothered . This entire staff is disgusting with the attitude , foul language & demeanor ! This cvs is better without a pharmacy, the health care system is better off without this treatment it is unfair and inhumane to people with health issues that require immediate assistance and care .

Pharmacy staff very Unprofessional in this location having conversations among each other (Not the 1st time this happens)taking their sweet time not caring about customer who is standing patiently waiting! No Good Customer service!!!Smh and must I mention Not Very friendly either!! Miss Hackensack location!!
