We found mold in the garage of a house we were in the process of buying in Montclair NJ, and the appraiser required it to the fixed before finalizing the mortgage.
We then reached out to GS mold solutions through thumbtack; they did first a free estimate, gave us different options to remedy the issue, provided flexible timing on the execution and were very patient with all the bureaucracy around the real estate purchasing agreement…
we hired them and couldnt be happier w the work!

We hired GS Mold to fix our house after an unsuccessful remediation effort by a different company. GS Mold was much better than the other company. I felt like I could trust Gil, and he was very thorough and detail-oriented. You can tell that they take pride in their work. They kept our house clean and were careful not to damage the areas of the house where they weren't working. We would absolutely hire this company again in the future

I hired GS Mold Solution to remediate mold in 3 separate areas of my home. I was immediately impressed with Gil’s professional demeanor and assessment of the needed work. He was straightforward and I trusted his advice. When I told Gil that I was having difficulty finding a contractor that I could afford to rebuild the areas that had to be torn down for remediation, he offered to help me and I hired him and his team to do that too. I am so happy with all the results that included replacing 1/2 of the kitchen ceiling, the walls, ceiling and vanity of a powder room and retiling of the master bathroom shower. Upon viewing all the areas of the remediation, it was obvious that all mold was gone as Gil promised. As he described, he probed beyond all areas of visible mold to ensure that it would all be completely eradicated. I can honestly say that hiring GS Mold Solution was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and highly recommend that you do the same.

Gil was extremely prompt, responsive, fast and professional. He takes tremendous pride in his work to ensure your home is safe from all mold and that the remediation is as thorough as possible. He genuinely cares about your property, your safety and his work reflects that. He also prices very reasonably compared to competitors in the area. Absolutely go with GS Mold if you need mold evaluation and remediation done.

They came in quoted me and came back the next day to take care of the problem. He was honest explained things to me well. Better wasn't super pushy about needed to sign up with him that very second. Job was done, you couldn't even tell there was an issue!

I am extremely satisfied with results of the work done by of GS Mold Solutions last month. I was first impressed with the woman, Raquel, her took my call for help to remove mold. She was very helpful and kind. Also the quickness setting up evaluation of my situation was impressive. Gil and his assistant were both professional and really explained the steps needed to solve problem. They scheduled quick appointment to start working on situation. We had a roof leak and window leak which was fixed by a roofing company, and then remediation had to be done in our den and second bedroom. That’s where Gil and his team came in and did an amazing job! He explained the damages and what they would be doing to repair it step by step. The furniture and ground were covered in plastic wraps to ensure no bacteria or damage would harm it. The project took 3 days, and the whole time they were in clear communication as to when they were going to arrive, break for lunch, come back, etc. Their attention to detail and answering our bunch of questions was reassuring and much appreciated. Gil and his team were responsive thorough and very professional through the entire remediation process.
