Just went for a car wash. When I was trying to enter the conveyor belt, the employee yelled at me because I was driving slow and trying to be careful not to scratch my rims on the belt. Instead of trying to help guide me, he only yelled which scared me and caused me to scratch my rims on the belt. So unnecessary and rude. Could have easily been avoided if the employee had an ounce of patience. Will never come back here both due to the rude service and the damage their conveyor belt has done to my car.

Please reply based on the fact.I would like give Zero star due to the employee's attitude. I visited several times before, but I won't come back again.It just happened today.Right after I entered for car wash (I had to make left turn to get in), probably front tires were not straight forward. In that case, the employee could help me make them straight right. However, the employee yelled at me whenever I tried to turn my steer. I don't understand that why he yelled at me. As a employee, he would provide little help to customers.Also, when he yelled at me, I was so afraid of moving my steer. His yelling and angry voice made me confused and so nervous so I had to stop moving the steer and I needed to take a breathe. Then he kept yelling until I did it correctly.I was like "What did I do wrong? Why the guy yelled at me?" When I was thinking of that, I already put my gear N but I pressed the break by accident, Then he came to me and yelled again!!!It was great experience before. I gave enough tips at the end every time I visited.This is a question to the business owner, why do I get that disrespectful attitide from this employee by paying money and giving tips???

This place is alright. I've been here twice so far and I know people who has been more. They don't do interior anymore, only exterior. It's $13 for the ultimate (out of three options) which lists a bunch of things but is it really necessary? Can one really tell the difference? Meh. I think it's still a decent price, my car looks nice and shiny after and it was very fast service. The guy in the front has always been really aggressive with telling you how to align your car, but the guys who wipe down your car after you drive through are nice. They aren't able to take personal tips, it all goes into a tip jar they share.

The short bald guy that mans the car wash is absolutely miserable in every way, shape and form. The older man who dries the cars is very nice. It is not worth putting up with the short bald guy's attitude so I go down the road for a better wash from nicer people.

After parking my car on the streets of Manhattan for two months, I found this car wash on Google maps, and it’s the best!For $6, the attendant prepped the car with a soap-filled pressure washer that he kept going until all the dirt and bird droppings were softened for the automatic cleaners to remove. When the car emerged, it looked like new. Great job for a great price.
