I have been going here for years . The owner has always been rude and nasty. I continued going because this is the only handcar wash close to where I live . I would not recommend this car wash and will give it a poor rating . They are always in a hurry to finish with your car and don’t do a decent job

One of the rare reasonably priced hand car wash places around. Similar quality to a detail for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend. I don’t go anywhere else besides this place.

Will never go back!! Didn’t wiped down the inside good at all! Vacuuming was awful, the wait is so long! They need a better system. Poor poor service! Most of the good views are BS!

Took my SUV here for the first time and the service was ok. I wish it was better. I paid for the full service and I expected them to spray and clean the dashboard. After I left I still noticed a lot of dust on the dashboard so I called them. I was told they don't use any spray they just wipe it down. The lady offered me to come back so can they take care of it. She was polite about it.
Even though they wiped it down they missed a lot of spots the dashboard , doors, etc. I also paid to get my tires shine but only the driver side of the car got the shiny treatment.
They were supposed to use spray wax on the outside but idk. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that.
I paid $30 for the service which is not bad but I'm not happy about it. I don't see myself returning again. Thanks for the service.

Vaccum from inside, a poor job. I came to get the sand off from car. I had to vaccum myself. Cleaned it well from outside though.$24 for me vaccuming again!!! Waste of my time.

Amazing service at an unbeatable price! They don’t rush every detail is done with care. The team is young, kind, and hardworking. They don’t cut corners. The price is affordable, the service feels personal, and the atmosphere is welcoming. When they finished, my car looked brand new and I felt refreshed myself. I’ll definitely be back!

Still a really quality car wash. Price has gone up significantly over the years but honestly, they were super cheap back then for what they did. $24 for hand wash and inside and outside clean is still a great deal, some other places will do inside/outside but just run it through the machine car wash. 5/5 for outside wash, they do a great job! 2.5/5 for inside. They didn't touch the center climate control area, shift knob or cup holder areas. Mats were sprayed down, but they used to do a quick scrub with a brush, now they just spray and dry. Main dash board was wiped down nicely, but sides and doors were completely missed. Windows were all done well. Would still drive here over other places in the area.

This $24 car wash was good enough for my Rav 4 and the McLaren in this picture. Because there are so many people in the crew, it is very quick to get your car thoroughly washed inside and outside.

Outside cleaning was ok, they could have done a much better job with the inside cleaning, was quite tacky.

Hand wash is different! Shoutout to the crew at Newlook for taking our dirty family car and making it look brand new, inside and outside! Worth the wait for a quality service.
