The person working the drive-thru pretty condescending attitude. Speaking Spanish for no reason whatsoever (I speak English and Italian). People in customer service should be trained properly.

Skip this Starbucks and go to the next. It’s just a mile down. Even the manager seems lost for words when asked about how drinks are made. Every experience I’ve had so far has been awful. I haven’t taken a sip yet I know this drink is awful. I’m already behind getting back to work so they couldn’t remake it. A normal latte but can’t follow directions. Never any consistency, either too sweet, or too creamy. They have lines on the cup and can’t follow the recipe which they have a book for. Who the hell needs this much whipped cream. I needed more liquid not whipped cream.

I absolutely hate this Starbucks at this point, which is unfortunate because it's the most convenient for me. There's always something wrong with my order, either something is missing, or I order ahead 10+ minutes in advance, only for my order to somehow not be ready when I get there (They're rarely ever busy and never THAT busy), or in the case of today, the order tastes completely off and like I'm drinking creamed corn (absolutely disgusting). I'm also a Starbucks barista at a different location, which is probably why my review is as harsh as it is, because I know how it goes, and they are always dropping the bar.

Enjoy the Starbucks ambiance, but consistently receiving cold coffee instead of hot has been disappointing. The place could benefit from improved housekeeping, although the staff is consistently kind and respectful.

In the nicest way possible, the service here has always been below the typical standard of Starbucks. Nice people but no matter the day, time, or mode of service (drive thru, in store) you will wait an unnecessary amount of time for your order (20 mins-30 mins for drive thru).

i am not even joking when i say this is the slowest starbucks i have ever been to in my entire life. every single time i order, i place my order on the mobil app, then go in to pick it up. i've learned to start ordering over 25 minutes before i go to pick it up SO WHY IS MY ORDER STILL NOT READY???? there has been time where i have sat in the drive thru for over 45 MINUTES for a frappuccino. whoever works here needs a lesson or two on punctuality. if i could give this starbucks ZEROOOO stars i would!!!! do not go here!!! IN ADDITION, THEY CANNOT READ. my friend paige ordered a iced peppermint white mocha and they gave her hot. the ticket even says iced............. we are so unhappy and disappointed with the treatment here it is actually unbelievable

I have to say that I'm beyond disappointed with the customer service at this particular location. I scheduled a mobile order to pick up via drive-thru. It was only me and another car approaching the drive-thru entrance, which I let go ahead, so they could l place their order. Figured I'm only picking I don't mind waiting. I get to the intercom and wait several minutes and no one acknowledges me, I then pull away and heard the barista greet and say oh because they realized I was already driving up. I get to the window and the barista taking mobile order has her back towards the window glanced over at the monitor and again I'm waiting several minutes prior to being acknowledged. Instead of greeting me and apologizing for not seeing me, even though she clearly knew I was driving up. I'm told that I cannot be served at the window if I need to order I must either drive back around and or go into the store. I then told her I had placed a mobile order for pick up through the drive-thru and I did wait at the intercom for several minutes for assistance and no one greeted me or told me to wait a minute. When she finally did greet me I was already driving up and wasn't going to reverse back in a one day only. She then repeats the same speech how in order to be helped I needed to drive back around or come inside. I pointed out that my order was right there next to her. She then said oh gives me my order which at this point you can tell my drinks had been sitting out for a while and repeats how next time I will not be assisted at the window unless I drive back around or come directly into the store.

Service was very slow, waited nearly 20 minutes for drinks and food came out at three separate times. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Good location the inside is nice and the staff are friendly. Easy to miss the entrance from the highway but I take the side roads.

Visited the location in Rochelle Park Nj on September 30 around 2 pm . Went in specifically for a pumpkin cheesecake muffin for my mom . Walked in and there was about 5-6 employees behind the counter I walked over to the register to place my order there was no one in front of me online and I had to proceed to stand there for at least 20 minutes before someone came over and helped me . To only find out they were out of what I asked for . She( the employee) did offer me one of the muffins out of the case but didn’t take it simply because I don’t know how long it’s been sitting in there. So settled for 2 other pastries instead. And also ordered a large ice tea lemonade. After my order was complete I walked down to wait for my drink .waited at least 10-15 minutes for a simple ice tea lemonade. Not one time from when I walked in to the store did the any of the employees greet me. As I waited for my drink and the employees where making drinks for other orders which must have been for the drive threw line because no one else was waiting for drinks inside . The employee that assisted me at the register had made my drink as she handed it to me I said thank you very much have a nice day . She didn’t reply back or even make eye contact with me . As I was leaving I noticed the garbage can inside the store next to the door overflowing something horrible to the point the garbage was stacked on top of the can . I live close to location so it is convenient but after today which was my first time to this location and hands down will be the last time. You could see the employees that were working behind the counter did not know what they were doing or how to mix the drinks . Between the extremely poor housekeeping, and lack of respect for there customers it was a horrible experience.

I made a pick up order for a cup of flat white because I wanted to have a strong coffee taste. I picked it up and came to the office and it tasted like warm milk without any espresso in it. what a waste of money and time.
