I always come to this location because it is right here in town, and Mark is amazing. He is very patient, kind, and extremely helpful. He is the reason I always come back to this location because of the way he helps every time. Great job with this employee, he is a perfect face for the company.

There is a reason they have been trying to close this place. Go to Maywood instead. The one guy here (4/28 noon) took my prepaid, sodastream return box and told me that this could not be "legally mailed due to carbon monoxide being poisonous". The mass produced, prepaid package with USPS sticker, and empty carbon DIoxide metal bottles. Reading comprehension is lacking here. Go anywhere else.

I always dread coming to the post office because either the workers look like they are miserable and resent any kind of interaction but this location is an anomaly especially if you come on an off hour. The employee was super helpful in picking the right mechanism for priority delivery and allowed for a speedy service that let me ship a package across the country in the matter of minutes. There is also a lot of parking, right in front of the building which is a plus if you have heavy packages to bring in. Overall, it's not a crazy popular location which allows for you to run your errands quickly and efficiently.

The number 1 worst customer service experience I've ever had. What do you expect when you walk into a post office? That the employee at the counter assist you? Maybe at other post offices, but not this one. The employee, when I walked in, was talking on her mobile phone. Like a full-on conversation, complete with laughing and yelling and everything. The entire encounter, not one word gets said to me. I tell her that I'd like to ship my package with a tracking number, and all the while, this lady is non-stop babbling and cackling with someone on the other end of her call. Seriously. This is a new low for post offices. If the bar gets set any lower, it'll be underground.
