  I had a bike rack with a sheared bolt that attaches it to a trailer hitch. Brian figured out how to remove the stub without damaging the rack and didn't take much time to do it. He recommended two places to get a better replacement bolt.

  Took a few bearings into their shop to be pressed onto some gears. The owner cracked a brand new gear I had just taken out of the package, also ruined one of the new seals he was supposed to install. Over all 300 dollars in damage. Refused to pay for the broken gears and seal, Said he did the best he could.
